Great service at the Popeyes in Crosby, Tx store 12165. Reigan is very polite, friendly and very patient. Wanted to give her a positive shout out. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a variety of menu items, including the #2 family meal with chicken, two sides, and biscuits. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as receiving incorrect sides or portion sizes. Additionally, language barriers with certain staff members have led to order mix-ups. Despite these challenges, Popeyes remains a popular choice for Louisiana-style cuisine.
