“The sandwich maker was slow. Maybe she was new. She kept asking things that I had already told her and she put too much mustard. Subway isn't known for their atmosphere, but that's one of the items they give to rate using stars. I gave 2 out of 5 because it's not great to start with and a few tables were dirty, but mainly because a homeless man walked in while we were eating and went and served himself some water. That's okay except that made me hold my breath as to not smell him and spoil my appetite. I happened to be drinking water and since they give such a small cup, I wanted a refill, but chose to leave since I don't know when the last time was that the homeless guy washed his hands. Just not a good visit. Sorry.“

“Great local spot!! I was going up and down Garth Road, looking for a place to get a bite. I saw this place, and something drew me to it. I'm so glad I ate here! The staff are so friendly and not faking it. Genuinely nice with a smile. I ordered the hot roast beef sandwich and a cup of Cilantro Chicken Rice soup. Sandwich was a monster! Haha. Had to eat it with a fork. The roast beef was mouthwatering, and the gravy was divine. The soup was full of flavor and zest. I will be coming back!“

“The food here is always fresh and hot. The customer service is always superb. The line moves very fast. The workers are so nice and everything is always fresh. This is my favorite subway. The food was bountiful and pretty good for a price of $12.43.What I ordered: small jalapeño classic Philly cheesesteak with regular order of bacon and cheese fries (with jalapeños no extra charge ?).This was plenty of food with plenty of melty cheese on the sandwich and plenty of bacon and cheese on fries.To my surprise the jalapeños were actually very good! I love spice and they had a good little kick to em. The sandwich itself was pretty good although I couldn’t really taste the mushrooms because they were sliced super thin and sprinkled in. The bell pepper could have stood a few more mins on the grill (according to some) but I kinda liked the little crunch it gave to the otherwise soft sandwich.The fries were good but getting them to go is a mistake. “I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day! Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I didn't know they had decent soups in their menu and I will say that if a place has a deliciously great cheese and broccoli, then it will compliment your meal! (At least for me it did) ? ? ?
