“My family and I stopped to eat on March 15 for my son's birthday🎂. It was a party of seven people 5 adults and 2 kids. In the beginning every was going well. Then I noticed that our food was taken a while to come out. Another waiter brought our food and said that Another plate of tacos could be coming out.Everyone finished eating and one my sons a 4yr old never got his tacos.We brought it up to the waiters attention she said " that the other girl helping her messed up".I totally see that unacceptable she should of accept her mistake. Later she said if my son still wanted the tacos that she would pay for them. I told her just bring me 2 tacos please. She brought them then I told her I was ready to pay, She took my payment. I noticed tip was automatically included which is fine I know a apart of going out to eat is to leave tip. But what's not ok is that they charge me for the 2 tacos that we ordered since he got left out.Also how my son sat in chair upset waiting for his tacos a gave him some of my plate but that doesn't change how he felt. I strongly think that when there is a mistake in a plate like no tomatoes or extra ranch and is not given it can be fixed but to forget a plate I don't think so.Kim A the waiter basically ruined his birthday evening with this action.”
