“Our server was awesome. As she was taking our appetizer order the female manager(Daniella) decided to yell across the restaurant at our waitress. She told her to stop what you’re doing and come get the food. She came back to take our order crying and informed us she was told to take our order then clock out and go home. That didn’t sit well with me. I almost said something but thought not my place to do so though I probably should have. That manager really needs a reality check and maybe some time off to maybe make a change in the way she treats employees and guests as well.“

The superior quality, texture, and distinctive flavor of the succulent lamb/chicken platter, complemented by tzatziki sauce, vegetables, and a side of pita bread, were truly remarkable.I would like to express my gratitude to Carliee (with two "E's") for her recommendation of the medium platter, which proved to be the optimal choice. The gyro cheese fries were delightfully crispy and delicious. While the restaurant was clean, the ambiance appeared somewhat outdated. “Wonderful place with some hometown diner feel for quality and service. The burgers are perfect and my friend who eats vegetarian food loved the veggie hoagie. Its loaded with sauteed veggies and avocado, he says it's very filling (that thing literally heavy).The prices here are insanely reasonable too. “Had a late night craving for (good/quality) birria. Called as they were about to close but they still honored my order. I ordered the birria tacos and it was the BEST I've had in houston so far. Flavorful consume and NOT greasy. One taco had enough meat filling for two. It's a little far from me but I'm willing to make that drive.“

“I am not from the area, not even from Texas! The food, service, and ambience here are great and I am a little tired from my 3.5-hour flight.Quality starts from the top in terms of leadership. Everyone is pleasant and just formal enough to be professional enough but toned down to be family-friendly. Diana is the manager and she leads by example. If she were to leave the shoes would be too big. Our server, Juan, is a great ambassador for the restaurant and menu; a great server.Compared to where I live I am happy not to hear foul language from the tables around us. “Parking is limited and the line can be long.. but the snow cones are well worth the wait! They make their snow cones with the best shaved ice around. There is no chucks of ice in your cup waiting to break one of your teeth.You can order an ice cream whiz, which is a snow cone with ice cream on the bottom.My favorites are the root beer and orange. They taste just like and a root beer float and an orange ice cream popsicle.You can add extra toppings on your snow cone if you want. They offer all the usual flavors as any other place.“

“This was our first time getting donuts in the eat end and to be honest this place was amazing! They are very sweet and welcoming we had a dozen donuts; they were fresh, yummy and my 4 year old ate all of it not just the chocolate part. He loved them ?? the kolaches were great & the ham egg and cheese croissant as well . There vanilla iced coffee was also amazing ?? 5 starts hands down better than Shipley ‘s .
