“We went to Salt grass in Pasadena to get the Prime Rib. we were told by Alex that it's served only on Friday and Saturday night. we thought about leaving because my girlfriend wanted Prime rib.When Alex came back with our tea he said he talked to someone and got the Prime Rib approved. We ordered it and it was fantastic. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond for us. we are happy campers.“

“Visit was on 9/13 during dinner. We were immediately greeted when we came in the door. We were sat quickly. Angel was our server and she went above and beyond. We all odered steaks and they were all cooked perfectly. As we arrived it started to get very busy. The manager took her time and came over to make sure everything was great at our table. It it was then that I noticed how busy they started to get and saw that the manager was helping assist with tables on the floor. You don't see that very often these days. She i just wanted to make sure that everything was flowing properly. I highly recommend this location.“

“Had an amazing experience at El Bolio Bakery. Their pan dulce was fresh and flavorful and the service was friendly and quick. The quality of the baked goods is consistently excellent, with quality ingredients that you can taste. Definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for conchas. Will be back soon!“

“We have not been to Republic House in many years. After meeting Karina she encouraged us to give it a try again, because they have large selection of beers and Guinness on tap, which I love. Plus, Karina makes the best Bloody Mary’s, and they are not stingy with the olives. Now we swing by for a couple of drinks almost every weekend.“

“Got a strawberry cream snowcone and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean facility. Will definitely be going back often. Many people are complaining about the prices but they were equivalent to other popular snow cone places in the area (Tropical Chill or Kona Ice, etc) and these were far better with real fresh fruit on top. And they did not skimp on the fruit!“

Good honest employees here, my girlfriend left her phone on a dining room table and an employee named Marco caught with us in the parking lot before we left and returned her phone! “I want to give all 5 stars to cecillia who had a very professional attitude in correcting my order, although when I went to pick up my order the young black cashier who assisted me had a great attitude,, (thank you) further more the tall white supervisor, seemed bothered about the correction of my order,showed an arrogant attitude whe could not except the correction of my order seemed to want to just keep questioning the correction as if I was trying go scam a free meal,,I continued with my positive attitude and did not let his rudeness bother me,, shame on the tall white manager ,,

“The staff at the Aberdeen Starbucks is always so positive and work like a well oil machine. Even with many orders and customers waiting they were calm and pushed out drinks as fast as they could! They are short staffed like everywhere but didn't let the stress affect their attitudes! They are awesome!“

“At 9:30 we sat to celebrate my husband’s 2nd higher up promotion with his company, he just wanted to have a few drinks & good meal & enjoy his accomplishments. With the 1st waitress We ordered 4drinks, two dirty drinks for our kids, which was one dirty Diet Pepsi and one dirty mug root beer, Dirty diet Pepsi came with no toppings, The mug came with just the cream topping. She took the diet back to get fixed, so I thought. We asked another waitress Angela while waiting if they came with toppings because that’s what I read an seen on the menu, she said yes, and brought a cherry topping. Here came the dirty Diet Pepsi, I told the 1st waitress there was no cherry topping on the drink and if we could get that, she kinda of gave a smirk of frustration with not getting the order right the 1st round. My daughter tried to enjoy it but didn’t like it , it was the only diet option listed from what we seen on menu. so we asked for another dirty mug instead, and my husband ordered his 2nd alcohol beverage. We then tried to place our food orders as she walked by asking can we order now, but didn’t acknowledge his voice, or maybe didn’t hear but under the circumstances we thought maybe it was rude of her or she was annoyed by the drinks. Got Angela attention again , she said she would let her know we wanted to order already, After our food came out, my daughter had already starting eating because she was given insulin for her meal. Husband was wondering where his adult beverage was, because it had been over 20 minutes. My husband's meal came out last because they were waiting on breaststicks, and then she brought his food out with no silverware nor did I have any, also forgot my daughter's side of mozzarella sticks. Once we told the waitress of the inconvenience about the his drink etc.
she had ask If we wanted to speak to her manager, we said yes, explained the situation got our waitress switched out for Angela, who was very helpful and ended up taking care of us The rest of the night, the manager was very professional and understanding and help compensate some of the items off our bill, our family was grateful for that.“
