“We went to Salt grass in Pasadena to get the Prime Rib. we were told by Alex that it's served only on Friday and Saturday night. we thought about leaving because my girlfriend wanted Prime rib.When Alex came back with our tea he said he talked to someone and got the Prime Rib approved. We ordered it and it was fantastic. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond for us. we are happy campers.“

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Emir! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive to both me and my guest. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond, not just with us, but with everyone around him. I noticed him taking the time to talk with an older woman dining alone, making her feel comfortable and cared for. That level of genuine kindness is rare and truly appreciated.

If you’re ever in the Pasadena area and visit Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, I highly recommend sitting in Emir’s section, he was absolutely wonderful!“

“We went yesterday on Thanksgiving because we ended up literally right next to it while working Uber orders and we were really craving a good iced coffee since Dutch Bros closed at like noon. We spoke to a super sweet young lady who took our order and even took the time to go over the menu and even a few different options she thought we may like. We ended up getting a large German chocolate iced coffee with 2 extra shots of Expresso. Our daughters shared a large mango smoothie. And they were both delicious! On top of that, since we were literally the very last car they took before closing, another nice girl brought our drinks out to us and I let her know we hadn't paid yet and she told us not to worry and they were on the house today and to have a great day. After a rough past few weeks and starting our day off a bit rough also, it was honestly a beautiful gesture and something we will never forget. Our daughters were so happy with their smoothie and kept raving about how nice 7Brew was and the employees were so sweet for blessing us on Thanksgiving. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience and love shown to us on our very 1st of many visits. “Got a strawberry cream snowcone and it was delicious. Very friendly staff and clean facility. Will definitely be going back often. Many people are complaining about the prices but they were equivalent to other popular snow cone places in the area (Tropical Chill or Kona Ice, etc) and these were far better with real fresh fruit on top. And they did not skimp on the fruit!“

“We have not been to Republic House in many years. After meeting Karina she encouraged us to give it a try again, because they have large selection of beers and Guinness on tap, which I love. Plus, Karina makes the best Bloody Mary’s, and they are not stingy with the olives. Now we swing by for a couple of drinks almost every weekend.“

“I want to give all 5 stars to cecillia who had a very professional attitude in correcting my order, although when I went to pick up my order the young black cashier who assisted me had a great attitude,, (thank you) further more the tall white supervisor, seemed bothered about the correction of my order,showed an arrogant attitude whe could not except the correction of my order seemed to want to just keep questioning the correction as if I was trying go scam a free meal,,I continued with my positive attitude and did not let his rudeness bother me,, shame on the tall white manager ,,

“Ok, so we had a horrible experience in November. Alex the manager contacted me and asked us to give them another chance to rectify the situation. We went back and let me tell you the experience was amazing! Alex made sure we were taken care of and our waitress Christine was very attentive and polite. Our drinks never ran dry and she was very pleasant. The food was good , which we have never had an issue with the food here, we love it. I have to say that we will be back to this location. I truly appreciate Alex for reaching out and making this experience 10000% better than our last. This type of customer service will keep us customers for life.“

“The staff at the Aberdeen Starbucks is always so positive and work like a well oil machine. Even with many orders and customers waiting they were calm and pushed out drinks as fast as they could! They are short staffed like everywhere but didn't let the stress affect their attitudes! They are awesome!“
