“We have always loved Schlotzsky's sandwiches. But you have changed a bit. We decided to dine in today. Placed our order and used our debit card. Before we could even pay you ask us to tip. That's a bit weird. To tip on a service we had yet received. To my knowledge there was not a waitress/server in the entire restaurant. We walked in to your establishment and placed our order at the front of the restaurant. Made our own drinks even. However a lovely young lady did bring us our sandwiches. Just all seems a bit presumptuous. Not sure what I was tipping for. ?“
“Clean, fast, rarely or never out of things. The only complaint is they sometimes have a ton of high schoolers in there at once taking up all the tables (when school gets out during the semester on weekdays).Overall good & gives good portions of meat.“

Always greeted with a smile, if you don't want to wait(like some of the people have complained about) I suggest using this great thing called technology to place your order ahead of time through the jersey mikes app! “Everything was decent. I ordered ahead and unfortunately they didn't utilize the pick up shelves so I was waiting for the employees to finish a large order before getting my food. This would have been an issue had I been in a hurry. The pretzel was over cooked, otherwise everything was fine.“

The sandwich was soft and crispy at the same time and had all the flavor I was looking for. The medium is very filling and delicious! I finished off my meal with a classic cinnabon and you already know that was amazing ?Service: I was greeted promptly, and the cashier was patient with all my questions.
