“This location is fantastic!! Family owned and family run….Not only does the owner work here herself, but so does her daughter and grand daughter!! They are all incredibly nice and the food is fresh and hot! Definitely my favorite Schlotzky’s! And if you’ve never tried the “Smokecheesy” you’re missing out!“

“These ladies here are the nicest and the kindest! Some crazy Karen was screaming about bacon and an online coupon and they remained calm and kind despite the unreasonable Karen being rude to them with a line full of people for the lunch rush. Great job ladies , good sandwiches and even better attitudes.“

“ordered food online went to pick it up and one lady was walking around cleaning up and the lady at the drive thru window never can to the window. They both looked at me and turned their face. I drove back around to the menu and another car was ordering their food. The lady finally came on the intercom so I told her I had an online order. She was very rude when I arrived at the window and proceeded to cuss and tell me to leave she also shot me and my family the middle finger from inside the store. She needs to be fired. “There was only 1 worker at the time i was in but she was very fast with each order! There was a very rude customer who was impatient with his mobile order and she handled the situation VERY well! There were MULTIPLE people ahead of both him and I and it was very understanding but he was rude anyways. I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely and everything was amazing. Favorite subway location!! <3“

“Everything was decent. I ordered ahead and unfortunately they didn't utilize the pick up shelves so I was waiting for the employees to finish a large order before getting my food. This would have been an issue had I been in a hurry. The pretzel was over cooked, otherwise everything was fine.“
