“I go out of my way to the SUBWAY on Palmer Hwy bcz for years they have had the 1-2-punch, Great staff and Great sandwiches. Kevin and George kept things Live and Upbeat, always smiling and starting your sandwich when they see you getting out your car. These guys know their customers so well, you could bypass the line and go straight to the register where your sandwich would be waiting for you. That's GREAT Custom Service. UNFORTUNATELY, management doesn't know when they have a GREAT thing going. They fired Kevin, whom I call SUNSHINE and George left. These guys set the tone and it was always fun bcz they created such a joyous atmosphere. Their gone and all the joy went with them. Pat does a good job but there's no SUNSHINE without Kevin and George. After all these years, I don't go into the store anymore! Good service is more than good. “My daughter and I went to this particular Subway on Sunday, May 16, 2021 around noon. The gentleman who made our sandwich and the lady that checked us out were wonderful! Previous Subway's I've gone into the worker's are very cold and matter of fact. Which I can understand especially if they are busy but it was so refreshing to have them actually chit chat with us and had a great attitude. On top of the exceptional customer service and good sandwich, the establishment was very clean and updated! From the outdated outside appearance you wouldn't think the inside would be so modern and updated but it was! We'll be back!“

“ordered food online went to pick it up and one lady was walking around cleaning up and the lady at the drive thru window never can to the window. They both looked at me and turned their face. I drove back around to the menu and another car was ordering their food. The lady finally came on the intercom so I told her I had an online order. She was very rude when I arrived at the window and proceeded to cuss and tell me to leave she also shot me and my family the middle finger from inside the store. She needs to be fired.
