“My daughter and I went to this particular Subway on Sunday, May 16, 2021 around noon. The gentleman who made our sandwich and the lady that checked us out were wonderful! Previous Subway's I've gone into the worker's are very cold and matter of fact. Which I can understand especially if they are busy but it was so refreshing to have them actually chit chat with us and had a great attitude. On top of the exceptional customer service and good sandwich, the establishment was very clean and updated! From the outdated outside appearance you wouldn't think the inside would be so modern and updated but it was! We'll be back!“
“Became a regular and couldn’t be more happy these hard working women always work fast and hard sadly they get put into uncomfortable situations for being so nice. These workers are very friendly and respectful. Treat others the way you want to be treated.“
“Charlie's is a pretty good place to get a bite to eat if you're looking for something a little different than your normal chain restaurants even though it is a chain restaurant it still is a little different for us because we don't eat there on a regular basis. the service is good at this location and so is the food it was nice and hot and tasted fresh.“
“I go out of my way to the SUBWAY on Palmer Hwy bcz for years they have had the 1-2-punch, Great staff and Great sandwiches. Kevin and George kept things Live and Upbeat, always smiling and starting your sandwich when they see you getting out your car. These guys know their customers so well, you could bypass the line and go straight to the register where your sandwich would be waiting for you. That's GREAT Custom Service. UNFORTUNATELY, management doesn't know when they have a GREAT thing going. They fired Kevin, whom I call SUNSHINE and George left. These guys set the tone and it was always fun bcz they created such a joyous atmosphere. Their gone and all the joy went with them. Pat does a good job but there's no SUNSHINE without Kevin and George. After all these years, I don't go into the store anymore! Good service is more than good. The repore that the staff created with it's customers is just as important as the food. Sad day! B.Hall“
“Atmosphere: very clean very modern schlotzsky's. Smells great and great customer service!Food: I ordered the turkey bacon club medium combo with the barbecue chips. The sandwich was soft and crispy at the same time and had all the flavor I was looking for. The medium is very filling and delicious! I finished off my meal with a classic cinnabon and you already know that was amazing ?Service: I was greeted promptly, and the cashier was patient with all my questions. My food came out hot and ready very quickly.All in all I left happy and full. Definitely five out of five stars. Highly recommend visiting this schlotzsky's location.“
“We have always loved Schlotzsky's sandwiches. But you have changed a bit. We decided to dine in today. Placed our order and used our debit card. Before we could even pay you ask us to tip. That's a bit weird. To tip on a service we had yet received. To my knowledge there was not a waitress/server in the entire restaurant. We walked in to your establishment and placed our order at the front of the restaurant. Made our own drinks even. However a lovely young lady did bring us our sandwiches. Just all seems a bit presumptuous. Not sure what I was tipping for. ?“
“I will say I ordered to go online and it was ready within the 10 mins I placed the order. The guy was nice when I came inside and my order was ready. I don’t usually eat jersey mikes, but it was close by and people talk about it.The price is moderate. I paid $10.23 for a regular (7 inch) turkey sandwich. As you know a 6inch sub for subway is about half the price typically. Jersey mikes meat (again turkey) was pretty thin, but I did like the flavor of the sandwich. Overall, if I just got paid I would eat there…. But if not I would just get a subway.“
“Clean, fast, rarely or never out of things. The only complaint is they sometimes have a ton of high schoolers in there at once taking up all the tables (when school gets out during the semester on weekdays).Overall good & gives good portions of meat.“

“Definitely top tier service! I ordered 2 footlongs (a veggie delight and a sweet onion chicken teriyaki) with “an exceptionally large amount of pickles” and they were FANTASTIC! Best Subway I’ve ever ordered from!!! Truly captured my love of pickles!“
