“I had a big delivery order and my foot long turkey and provolone sandwich was left out. I called and spoke to Netty who asked if I could come pick it up. I explained that I only get a 30 minute lunch so I wouldn't have enough time to go pick up my sandwich. She then offered to bring my sandwich to me and put a cookie in for the hassle! This is customer service at it's best. The sandwich was really good and I had time to eat half of it. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my sandwich to me Netty!“

“My daughter and I went to this particular Subway on Sunday, May 16, 2021 around noon. The gentleman who made our sandwich and the lady that checked us out were wonderful! Previous Subway's I've gone into the worker's are very cold and matter of fact. Which I can understand especially if they are busy but it was so refreshing to have them actually chit chat with us and had a great attitude. On top of the exceptional customer service and good sandwich, the establishment was very clean and updated! From the outdated outside appearance you wouldn't think the inside would be so modern and updated but it was! We'll be back!“

“ordered food online went to pick it up and one lady was walking around cleaning up and the lady at the drive thru window never can to the window. They both looked at me and turned their face. I drove back around to the menu and another car was ordering their food. The lady finally came on the intercom so I told her I had an online order. She was very rude when I arrived at the window and proceeded to cuss and tell me to leave she also shot me and my family the middle finger from inside the store. She needs to be fired. “There was only 1 worker at the time i was in but she was very fast with each order! There was a very rude customer who was impatient with his mobile order and she handled the situation VERY well! There were MULTIPLE people ahead of both him and I and it was very understanding but he was rude anyways. I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely and everything was amazing. “1/16/2026: Best Schlotzsky's bread, ever! Service was terrific, and the restaurant was clean. I was impressed! I tore into my sandwich too fast to get a good photo, but I am serious when I say, YUUUUUM!
We originally needed a shady spot to park in since I had my pup with me. It was chilly that day, but I was afraid she would get hot if the car sat in the sun. They have a shady spot and it is right by the entrance. Sad to think I chose them for this reason, but now I have even more reasons to go back. Great job, Schlotzsky's!“
