“In the past this location has not delivered the level of quality I have generally come to expect from most Chick-fil-A restaurants, however, as of my last few visits, they seem to be trying to rectify that. I have had previous experiences with service being slow, orders missing items and over all quality being hit or miss. Today and the last few visits, the food has been hot and fresh, order's correct, and they even politely apologized for my food taking slightly longer (maybe 5 minutes)than the app indicated. They brought me a free souvenir cup as a gesture of apology which I really appreciated even though I wasn't upset by the wait at all! I hope the quality remains the same and keep up the good work! The efforts definitely don't go unnoticed!“

“I had a big delivery order and my foot long turkey and provolone sandwich was left out. I called and spoke to Netty who asked if I could come pick it up. I explained that I only get a 30 minute lunch so I wouldn't have enough time to go pick up my sandwich. She then offered to bring my sandwich to me and put a cookie in for the hassle! This is customer service at it's best. The sandwich was really good and I had time to eat half of it. Thank you for going above and beyond to get my sandwich to me Netty!“

“My daughter and I went to this particular Subway on Sunday, May 16, 2021 around noon. The gentleman who made our sandwich and the lady that checked us out were wonderful! Previous Subway's I've gone into the worker's are very cold and matter of fact. Which I can understand especially if they are busy but it was so refreshing to have them actually chit chat with us and had a great attitude. On top of the exceptional customer service and good sandwich, the establishment was very clean and updated! From the outdated outside appearance you wouldn't think the inside would be so modern and updated but it was! We'll be back!“

Taco Bell staff is always quick to deliver the food. You have to order off the kiosk which is something I don't like but other than that good service.“

“I've been here (the Texas City location) twice so far, and the pizza was excellent both times. The other big chain pizza place in town was really disappointing, so I was thrilled when I opened that box and saw how perfect that first pizza looked, and it tasted just as perfect (large pan pizza with extra Italian sausage, caramelized onions and roasted peppers).

The guy who served me (whose name I forgot to get, but he said he's the assistant manager) was friendly and prompt, even though he seemed to be operating the store alone both nights (at least I didn't see anyone else working there). Anyway, he did a great job!

The store itself isn't much to write home about. There's a single table and a handful of chairs. Obviously not a space designed for dining in, more of a take-out/delivery joint, which is fine.

Overall, great pizza, great service, and a great value (if you use the deals on the website or app)!“
