The trash area was noticeably dirty and requires regular attention to maintain a clean environment. Additionally, the restrooms were not maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness. Overall, improving staff professionalism and facility upkeep would significantly enhance the customer experience.“

“I absolutely love this location so much. They're SO kind and have wonderful customer service. I frequently pick up doordash orders here and it always smells soooo good and I've been so excited to finally try it this evening for myself. I showed up at about 8:40pm thinking they would be out of chicken(strips) since they were about to close, and since they're a buffet I figured they would only have what was left over and not be taking any more orders, but I was wrong! I placed my order and it was 100% made fresh and to order! The roll was super soft and yummy, the potatoes were delicious and the chicken is absolutely to die for. I frequently go to KFC, but I think Hartz Chicken Dickinson location has stolen my heart for good.“

“I love Chicken Express. I think they're chicken tenders are so crispy and delicious. They have great rolls, great fried okra and yummy sweet tea. Plus they have Sonic ice which I like or love. The staff is always very very friendly. I highly recommend!“
