“I absolutely love this location so much. They're SO kind and have wonderful customer service. I frequently pick up doordash orders here and it always smells soooo good and I've been so excited to finally try it this evening for myself. I showed up at about 8:40pm thinking they would be out of chicken(strips) since they were about to close, and since they're a buffet I figured they would only have what was left over and not be taking any more orders, but I was wrong! I placed my order and it was 100% made fresh and to order! The roll was super soft and yummy, the potatoes were delicious and the chicken is absolutely to die for. I frequently go to KFC, but I think Hartz Chicken Dickinson location has stolen my heart for good.“

“Took the grandkids there for back to school lunch. I used to live in Riverdale just across the highway from Jonesboro where Mr Cathy lived. I'd eat chick filet in high school back at the first store in Hapeville in the early 70's. Still the same delicious sandwich.“

“I see a lot of negative reviews listed here, but I don't really agree. About 10 years ago I would have given this place a 3 star but I feel like they have really turned this place around, and have rebuilt it to be a lot nicer on the inside. I have been disappointed that all of the KFC locations in League City have shut down. This is one of our go to lunch break locations when my employees are looking for a good place for a quick lunch. We even detour from a pressure washing job in League City and drive to Dickinson because there are NO KFCs in League City. This location has upped their game and I now give them 5 stars for good customer service, being friendly, and finally getting the original recipe right (in 2019 it tasted like they were missing an ingredient and had less flavor, but now that has been resolved).

I also appreciate all the parking space in the back to park our pressure washer trailer, some restaurants we can't go to because we can't park anywhere. There was even one time we had a landscaping trailer parked next to us, and there was still space for parking. This is a nice luxury you can't get at most restaurants in Houston (and we are out there all the time).

“This place is a hidden gem. Literally. It's behind a chicken restaurant and surrounded by gorgeous trees. The vibe is SUPER laid back, and you can tell this is a local favorite.
