“I absolutely love this location so much. They're SO kind and have wonderful customer service. I frequently pick up doordash orders here and it always smells soooo good and I've been so excited to finally try it this evening for myself. I showed up at about 8:40pm thinking they would be out of chicken(strips) since they were about to close, and since they're a buffet I figured they would only have what was left over and not be taking any more orders, but I was wrong! I placed my order and it was 100% made fresh and to order! The roll was super soft and yummy, the potatoes were delicious and the chicken is absolutely to die for. I frequently go to KFC, but I think Hartz Chicken Dickinson location has stolen my heart for good.“

“I placed an order through the app on September 22, 2026, for the drive-thru at this Dickinson location on FM 646. The process was incredibly fast and streamlined. They had staff stationed outside ahead of the speaker box to take orders, which kept the line moving perfectly and meant I spent barely any time waiting.

​The customer service was fantastic, especially at the pickup window. The lady handing out the food was genuinely friendly and took the time to use my name, Michael. Instead of just treating it like another order number, she made the quick interaction feel personal and welcoming.

​My food was exactly right, consisting of a 12-count nugget, waffle fries, a chicken sandwich, and a small bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce. I ended up paying just $3.25 total because I cashed in a free sandwich from a recent survey and used my rewards points for the nuggets and fries. My daughter absolutely loved her meal. Consistently great service makes this an easy 5 stars.“

“We recently visited Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front-of-house staff were incredibly inviting, providing excellent service with enthusiastic attitudes that made us feel valued. “Raising Cane’s has somehow become a weekend request from my kids almost every week. I usually get the Caniac Combo and really enjoy it—the chicken is consistently good, and of course the Cane’s sauce is hard to beat. The kids’ meals are also a perfect size for my boys. It is a little pricey, with a Caniac coming out to around $18 after tax, but for an occasional weekend meal, I think it’s worth it. My only complaint is the drive-thru can be a little slow, especially compared with Chick-fil-A. Overall, though, the food is consistently good, the kids love it, and we keep coming back!“

“We had a late drive thru order, I like that the microphone on the speaker isn't blazing loud, when I go to some restaurants I hear either super loud feedback or super turned up volume. Some of us are sensitive to abrupt sounds so this honestly is a really important thing for some of our crew when ordering from the drive thru (we have autistic employees who are sensitive to abrupt noises). So yeah, we appreciate the volume of the speaker.

The food was good, even late the chicken was hot. I think they may have accidentally put an extra piece of chicken in and I felt like I won the lottery when I saw an extra breast!

And as always, the tea is so sweet it will give me early diabetes - but I love the tea anyways !“

“This place is a hidden gem. Literally. It's behind a chicken restaurant and surrounded by gorgeous trees. The vibe is SUPER laid back, and you can tell this is a local favorite. They are an extension of the restaurant, so they serve the same food.The bartender was also extremely friendly, and made some awesome drinks. “In the past this location has not delivered the level of quality I have generally come to expect from most Chick-fil-A restaurants, however, as of my last few visits, they seem to be trying to rectify that. I have had previous experiences with service being slow, orders missing items and over all quality being hit or miss. Today and the last few visits, the food has been hot and fresh, order's correct, and they even politely apologized for my food taking slightly longer (maybe 5 minutes)than the app indicated. They brought me a free souvenir cup as a gesture of apology which I really appreciated even though I wasn't upset by the wait at all! I hope the quality remains the same and keep up the good work! The efforts definitely don't go unnoticed!“
