“10 out of 10 completely. if you're looking for that chicken that just falls into pieces as you take a bite this is a spot to go to it is amazing and tender“

“Same efficient, friendly service you expect with any Chick-fil-A!“

“We recently visited Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front-of-house staff were incredibly inviting, providing excellent service with enthusiastic attitudes that made us feel valued. The wait for our food was pleasantly short, and the dishes were served at the perfect temperature, reflecting the care and attention given to each order. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend giving Dave's Hot Chicken a try!“

“The food is flavorful and creative. A spicy marriage of food truck fare and chicken.“

“Service from staff member Kim is by far the best we’ve ever received, she always goes over and beyond to make sure we feel special. She gives great recommendations on their new products and always has a big beautiful smile as soon as people walk in. The food tastes good is fresh and is literally better than other chick-fil-a’s we’ve been to! Highly recommend this location!“

“I honestly never write reviews but I’ve been a customer here for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It’s a place I’ll always choose to come back to.

Today especially, I felt like I needed to leave a review. I was having a really bad day and the ladies who helped me, I didn’t even get their names were so incredibly kind and genuinely helped lift my spirits. They probably don’t even realize how much their kindness meant to me, but it truly helped turn my day around.

This is what great customer service is all about. Sometimes it’s the smallest acts of kindness that make the biggest difference. Thank you for making my day a little better.“

“wow this is the best chicken I have ever ate in my life I never knew it was there hidden behind everything but please try this place the next time you want chicken it's just as expensive as anywhere else Popeyes whatever but the very best chicken“

“Chicken tenders are the best I’ve ever had“

“Great customer service, always smiling ALWAYS FAST 💨 I love MY canes 🥰“

“so excelentes trabajadores“

“Went there Thursday evening thru drive-thru. Ordered roasted chicken. Was horrible. Smelled rotten and bad. The beans and rice also has a smell of sourness to it. The food was not hot. Very bad eating experience. Will not be going Back. Yuk and Yuk. Spoiled food.“

“Their food, drinks, waffle fries, shakes and their fast & easy drive thru!“

“The best pollo asado and fajita you can get for the price. Other restaurants don’t compare, this tastes like home made food. The sides are just as good as the mains. They usually take a while to be ready when you get takeout, but 100% worth the wait. Can’t even complain“

“Service with a smile. Great staff. Fresh food all the time. Always serving Beautiful salads and fresh cut fruit.“

“I ordered the Kung Pao Beef and it was delicious. The staff was quick to order and serve me. they were also friendly and greeted everyone when they entered. Nice atmosphere.“

“Chicken and. Waffles always good“

“I absolutely love this location so much. They're SO kind and have wonderful customer service. I frequently pick up doordash orders here and it always smells soooo good and I've been so excited to finally try it this evening for myself. I showed up at about 8:40pm thinking they would be out of chicken(strips) since they were about to close, and since they're a buffet I figured they would only have what was left over and not be taking any more orders, but I was wrong! I placed my order and it was 100% made fresh and to order! The roll was super soft and yummy, the potatoes were delicious and the chicken is absolutely to die for. I frequently go to KFC, but I think Hartz Chicken Dickinson location has stolen my heart for good.“

“I eat at CFA a lot. I go to different ones depending on where I happen to be but, this one is my favorite one. I get greeted by name and feel like I’m more of a friend than customer! Cosette and Mike always greet me with smiles and they make sure I know that I’m missed“

“great chicken and cool service. thank you. five stars“

“Rey Del Pollo is hands down one of the best places to eat. The food is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every dish. What makes this place even more special is the people behind it. The owners, brothers Jesus Bernal and Raul Bernal, along with their entire family, run this restaurant with passion, positivity, and incredible work ethic. They treat customers like family, and it truly shows in both the service and the food. If you're looking for authentic flavor, great service, and a restaurant built on strong family values, Rey Del Pollo is a must visit. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“for the first time going there it felt cozy and food is always great and it never fails and I get a good laugh at it....I always have a different name when I leave any location ...great laugh to get the day started and I know I'll have a good day“

“nice to enjoy a meal grilled pollo“

“We had a late drive thru order, I like that the microphone on the speaker isn't blazing loud, when I go to some restaurants I hear either super loud feedback or super turned up volume. Some of us are sensitive to abrupt sounds so this honestly is a really important thing for some of our crew when ordering from the drive thru (we have autistic employees who are sensitive to abrupt noises). So yeah, we appreciate the volume of the speaker.

The food was good, even late the chicken was hot. I think they may have accidentally put an extra piece of chicken in and I felt like I won the lottery when I saw an extra breast!

And as always, the tea is so sweet it will give me early diabetes - but I love the tea anyways !“

“The Elote Fries were AMAZING!!!!!!!! OMG…glad I found them on Door Dash!!!!!“

“Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a popular fast-food chain specializing in crispy, flavorful chicken fingers paired with signature sauces. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and consistently satisfying. Staff are friendly, efficient, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. With clean facilities, quick service, and generous portions, it’s a reliable choice for a tasty, casual meal for families, friends, or solo diners looking for a quick and delicious option.“

“This place is a hidden gem. Literally. It's behind a chicken restaurant and surrounded by gorgeous trees. The vibe is SUPER laid back, and you can tell this is a local favorite. They are an extension of the restaurant, so they serve the same food. The bartender was also extremely friendly, and made some awesome drinks. Also, the smell of the food cooking at the restaurant is *chef's kiss*“

“Best pollo asado! Finger licking good😂“

“The restaurant and bathrooms are emaculat!! I love the vibe. We usually just do the drive thu, which is also very fast whether it's full or not, but this day my boys and I sat inside to enjoy our meal. The counter attendant was very friendly with a good spirit. Our meal arrived very quickly which was great because we were really hungry. The sauce is delicious I could drink a whole cup. They need to bottle it and sell it in stores. (Just sayin)“

“AMAZING OUT OF THIS WORLD SERVICE!
I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door.
However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere.
Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed.
She anticipated my needs before I voiced them.
I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite.
This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment.
Jessica represents Chick-fil-A at its absolute best. Thank you SO very much, Jessica, for making my day, week, month and year!“

“Erica was the most amazing and sweet person I’ve met at this establishment. She recommended this amazing new drink and I absolutely loved it. Thank you Erica !!!! Maria was supper sweet and attentive and Hayden went out of his way with helping us get information needed. I love this location.“

“I placed an order through the app on September 22, 2026, for the drive-thru at this Dickinson location on FM 646. The process was incredibly fast and streamlined. They had staff stationed outside ahead of the speaker box to take orders, which kept the line moving perfectly and meant I spent barely any time waiting.

The customer service was fantastic, especially at the pickup window. The lady handing out the food was genuinely friendly and took the time to use my name, Michael. Instead of just treating it like another order number, she made the quick interaction feel personal and welcoming.

My food was exactly right, consisting of a 12-count nugget, waffle fries, a chicken sandwich, and a small bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce. I ended up paying just $3.25 total because I cashed in a free sandwich from a recent survey and used my rewards points for the nuggets and fries. My daughter absolutely loved her meal. Consistently great service makes this an easy 5 stars.“
