Generally a trip to CFA is sweet, quick, and easy; however, this time as we pulled up to the window we weren’t greeted until after sitting there for what seemed 10min. The staff (all of them) were chatting and laughing and not paying attention to details. They refused to take a $20.00 bill because it was tear a little bit, the Manager said they didn’t have any tape to put it on , they hold me in the line for 5 minutes ….Avoid this location if you like Chick-fil AHorrible customer service…

Came to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. Each visit has been amazing. The Employees at the drive thru from beginning to end were amazing! The time from beginning to end was really quick.
