Came to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. Each visit has been amazing. The Employees at the drive thru from beginning to end were amazing! The time from beginning to end was really quick. Order was perfect! I honestly can't say anything negative about my experience! Keep up the great work. I will definitely be back again when I am in the area!

Chicken strips have shrunk over the years. As have the sandwiches. I used to go multiple times a month. Won't be coming back for a while.

Customer service is going down the drain, especially when management doesn't greet those that walk in and chat right in front of you on their phones. I don't care if I am here for a delivery order, I can still possibly return as customer. Then after they were done I would thinj he would ask the name on my order, nope leaned right on the counter as if I was not even there. Then had to wait for the order when he finally asked them if they had it, and it was not prepared. Just RUDE!

One of the better Chick-fil-As in pearland. They have a “host” who comes around and asks if you need anything. They also have a play place which is a HUGE plus with a kid.
Generally a trip to CFA is sweet, quick, and easy; however, this time as we pulled up to the window we weren’t greeted until after sitting there for what seemed 10min. The staff (all of them) were chatting and laughing and not paying attention to details. When we were finally addressed we were addressed as the wrong name on the meal, after correcting it everyone went straight back to running their mouths. Now, please note I’m not “that” person, by all means have fun while you’re at work; just don’t forget about who you’re servicing. In the end, we were asked to pull around to curbside spots, and later a young man came outside with a bunch of orders asking who had what. When I finally went to eat my food I noticed that although I asked for a yogurt cookie parfait I was provided granola, the fries were extra salty and slightly soggy or old; mind you we waited the extra 5-10 mins it would take to make them b/c it during breakfast time.So one star was marked off overall b/c basic courtesy was not provided and we all know CFA employees are trained to do better than that.

We ordered through the mobile app and my husband went inside to pick it up. One of the managers, Kim, questioned my husband on if we really ordered an ice cream cone and then proceeded to bring a cup not a cone. When we asked to fix it again to a cone she proceeded to rudely say “well you’ll be driving with a cone.” And still had to get help from someone else to get a cone. I get it’s busy but there was no need for the rude comment about the cone vs. a cup.

Very unsatisfied when i ordered my two chicken sandwhiches when my food was thrown at the lady at the window by a blond woman in a blue shirt. Felt very aggressive when i was just trying to consume a great serving of the lords chicken.
