We had the best time here. The food was so tasty and filling and the staff was incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond.
Thank you Ashley and Manuel.
We will be coming here soon again with our friends, family, and neighbors for the flan and the creamy cilantro.

I understand cleaning up before you close the doors but taking all the condiments out for the night 50 minutes before your doors close and sweeping next to customers who are just trying to eat is poor customer service.

El Pollo Loco is a popular restaurant known for its diverse menu featuring delicious dishes. Customers often praise the friendly customer service, with one reviewer highlighting the helpful and cheerful employee who assisted with app rewards and kept the salsa bar well-stocked. The restaurant's food offerings include the classic chicken burrito, which many find just as good as remembered, and the chicken bowl, praised for its moist and tender chicken. The crispy chicken and flavorful rice are also appreciated. Some customers mention that the food preparation can take a little longer at times, but the overall dining experience remains enjoyable.
