The food is great but the dinning area is filthy. Half of the tables have food on them from previous customers. The floors are filthy and even the trash area is filthy with stopped food.

Normally Pollo Loco serves great chicken, however on this dine-in visit on a Sunday afternoon, I ordered a double chicken avocado salad and the chicken was not good. It was dried up, and looked as if it had been sitting for a while. Some pieces werent edible as they were too hard. I would usually tell the Manager but on this day I kept quiet. They should know better than to serve a customer dried chicken bites, and should put more care into their reputation because I was once a loyal customer and now am not.
