“Raising Cane’s has somehow become a weekend request from my kids almost every week. I usually get the Caniac Combo and really enjoy it—the chicken is consistently good, and of course the Cane’s sauce is hard to beat. The kids’ meals are also a perfect size for my boys. It is a little pricey, with a Caniac coming out to around $18 after tax, but for an occasional weekend meal, I think it’s worth it. My only complaint is the drive-thru can be a little slow, especially compared with Chick-fil-A. Overall, though, the food is consistently good, the kids love it, and we keep coming back!“

“I absolutely love this location so much. They're SO kind and have wonderful customer service. I frequently pick up doordash orders here and it always smells soooo good and I've been so excited to finally try it this evening for myself. I showed up at about 8:40pm thinking they would be out of chicken(strips) since they were about to close, and since they're a buffet I figured they would only have what was left over and not be taking any more orders, but I was wrong! I placed my order and it was 100% made fresh and to order! The roll was super soft and yummy, the potatoes were delicious and the chicken is absolutely to die for. I frequently go to KFC, but I think Hartz Chicken Dickinson location has stolen my heart for good.“

“I placed an order through the app on September 22, 2026, for the drive-thru at this Dickinson location on FM 646. The process was incredibly fast and streamlined. They had staff stationed outside ahead of the speaker box to take orders, which kept the line moving perfectly and meant I spent barely any time waiting.

​The customer service was fantastic, especially at the pickup window. The lady handing out the food was genuinely friendly and took the time to use my name, Michael. Instead of just treating it like another order number, she made the quick interaction feel personal and welcoming.

​My food was exactly right, consisting of a 12-count nugget, waffle fries, a chicken sandwich, and a small bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce. I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door.
However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere.
Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed.
She anticipated my needs before I voiced them.
I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite.
This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment.

“The restaurant and bathrooms are emaculat!! I love the vibe. We usually just do the drive thu, which is also very fast whether it's full or not, but this day my boys and I sat inside to enjoy our meal. The counter attendant was very friendly with a good spirit. Our meal arrived very quickly which was great because we were really hungry. The sauce is delicious I could drink a whole cup.
