I just went for my sandwich for teacher appreciation week, show my id, just what other teachers did on different locations.. the cashier was unfamiliar with the process so ask someone and they told us that for this location it needs to get the “reward” on the app by signing in with my Id.me account so I did.. and then she said I have to wait 24 hours to see the reward on the app! Like really?! And she said you can go to another location

My son said the CFA Sauce was “bad”, (understand that he has nuggets and CFA Sauce 3 or more times a week) if the sauce is bad he knows it. A moment later he threw up all his food. CFA manager had bad attitude when told as if I was begging for a free meal. I was trying to bring awareness about the sauce, now I feel like I’m owed compensation.
Awful service tonight. Never been to a Chick-fil-A where the staff were jerks. Tea was gross. Disappointed to say the least.
