I ordered the wrong type of nuggets on a big order $$ and the store manager refused to swap the nuggets Carson said it was because I placed the order in the app and not at the store. Then I get home and the rest of the order is undercooked and the sandwiches have the items on them specifically asked to be removed.

unwelcoming environment. the employees love to stare at you like you're a problem for even coming in at all. not to mention two other people were tended to before me even though I stood there for almost 10 minutes. when i finally spoke up for myself they gave me dirty looks. maybe do your job or just quit. believe it or not, you don't even have to be there and i'm sure chik fila would prefer a better person in your shoes anyway!! crazy and disappointing.not even the first time this has happened to me at just THIS location. do better.

I ordered breakfast online, the first time, and was not going to arrive until breakfast ended so I called the store and they said they hold the order if you order before breakfast ends. This time the same thing happened, I arrived a few minutes after breakfast and my order was canceled. This is very annoying and the app should tell you for certain your order will be cancelled if not arriving in time.

So went by today for dinner. First, they didn’t give me chips luckily I was still in the parking lot bc that’s what I really wanted to much on my way home. I go in and let them know. They give me a bag & when I get to my car is all air. Hardly any chips. Second, I decided not to go back and just take the L because today has been a rough day.
Went in at 9:02 pm Saturday night to be informed that they closed at 9 pm even though the door and online says 10 pm. Gentleman said it was an issue with corporate. How hard is it to take a sticker off a door and change times online?
