“Delightful New Orleans style brunch with chandeliers and choice of buffet or menu. I’ve had the buffet both times I’ve been here, nice variety of choices including crab and peel and eat shrimp. Don’t miss the banana foster French toast made on demand, or the carving table prime rib. Looks like an expensive bougie place but even the buffet is only $40 and the menu items very reasonable.

The manager, Doug, was amazing at accommodating our big group on little notice, even when we had additional people join our table. No fuss, just made sure everyone felt welcome. Our waiter Chris prepared a special treat for a birthday boy with us. And overall just made sure everybody was taken care of and had a good time.

I drove by this place for years and never knew that I was missing out on ALOT . I was missing the down home Louisiana cooking and the friendliest of the staff .Including the owner . “First time. Got enchiladas. We’re out of chile carne sauce, wasn’t offered chips/salsa, but another table had, so I asked. Said they were saving them, it was the last of them? But she did get me some after I asked. Super friendly, but not organized . I’d asked for queso but she didn’t hear that. So I didn’t get once meal came, I said never mind on queso. Sign on door said hiring, so I figured she was new. I’d asked about some bakery items, she didn’t know. Said they had a new baker? Anyways. I live close. I liked what I ate. I will go back”

“Seriously the best pizza we’ve ever had. It was piping hot and the toppings were generous. The grandkids wanted chicken alfredo pasta. It wasn’t on the menu, but the owner made it for them! The owner was friendly and made our visit so enjoyable. There was even a Christmas themed photo backdrop behind the booth we sat in. So festive!🎄”

“The elk burger i had was only $10! The vegetables were crisp and fresh which is rare in burger joints to be honest, but this place had it. The menu is huge and the shake selection is full. The menu is what impressed me the most because it is better than major chains AND priced competitively. The ambiance was relaxed and old timey. My only gripe is that the cashier didnt smile and her overall demeanor wasn't welcoming, even if her words were technically polite. You wont be disappointed coming here, I promise!”

“Lacy welcomed us in, it was our first time visiting but definitely want be our last if we are back in the area. We were offered the protein donuts and they were delicious. The teas were great also and we tried some of the grapes which were great as a snack. We are familiar with loaded teas at Kingdom Fit Nation in Lake Charles and wanted to try some different flavors and she had some great choices to choose from.”

“I have been eating here for so many years. The Best Catfish in the Greater Houston/Galveston area. I have since moved away from Dickinson, but I come to see Ms. Lily once a month and still get the "All You Can Eat Catfish." A MUST when in the area or traveling to Galveston. 5 stars all the way...they treat you like family.”

“We order and eat here at least once a week. My sons favorite plate is here. Tonight I got charro beans and not refried and they forgot his cups. Anyone have picky kids by any chance? I called and the girl who answers, I asked to pick up the beans and chips tomorrow. Instead of taking care of these small little details she started telling me what I did wrong, I hung up. Do better business with your loyal customers. If it was me I wouldn’t mind but my kid literally has to have it this way to even enjoy his food.”
