I have since moved away from Dickinson, but I come to see Ms. Lily once a month and still get the "All You Can Eat Catfish." “Ive lived in the area for about 4 years. We usually drive into the city for dinning but tonight we came to Marais. Everything was excellent from the host, to the food, the atmosphere and our service top tier. We went tonight for our 4 year anniversary and they were so sweet about acknowledging the occasion. “Since moving to Texas eating at Pier 6 has been our favorite dining experience. The food was delicious and mirrored New Orleans finest. Chef Joe Cervantez culinary skills result in delicious food from appetizers, entree to desserts! Our waiter was extraordinary and was so kind and polite. The restaurant sits on Galveston Bay; hence the atmosphere is fun and lively along with a beautiful view.“

“First it tastes like a homemade burger!!!!!! It had enough bacon to cut to cover the whole bun!!!!!! The bacon was thick and delicious!!!!!! In the meat taste like 100% beef!!!! But it needed a little more seasoning.... The bun was toasted well on both sides I could even taste the butter. The fries were obviously real from real potatoes but they weren't crunchy enough they weren't firm but they were okay... The best part the beef if you want to know where the beef is they have the beef... Five stars from me. WORTH TRYING OUT......“

“We’ve been going to the Aquarium Restaurant for years. This time it was a turnaround… Our daughter took us to celebrate the memories of us going over the years. We were a large group with six small grandchildren and four adults. Our server, Maria, did an absolutely amazing job managing the group, the orders and absolutely everything. Well done!“

“I'll rate it about a 3.75, I guess. Although my Bang Bang Shrimp was great my sister's said their sampler plate was somewhat less to be desired. We had to wait quite a while for our server, Amy, and they weren't extremely busy. A manager did come to check on us & went out of her way to find my sister a bottle of Coca-Cola :) Gift shop prices are outrageous, but it's a fun place with nice scenic views!“

“The menu is quite large with so much variety. Their house salad dressing is really delicious and if you choose the pasta Alfredo as your side you won’t believe how big the portion is. My husband got the stuffed red fish and for the first time ever couldn’t eat it all. I recommend sharing an entree so you can save room for dessert which I hear the bread pudding is delicious. I just didn’t have room“

“Hidden gem!! We dined-in during our trip over Memorial Day 2021 and we were surprised with how delicious the food was. The salsa that came with the chips & salsa was super flavorful but not overly spicy. Their crab balls are Amazeballs!! You HAVE to order them! So yummy! Best I’ve had anywhere. The Cajun seafood pasta is delicious and is served in a massive portion that can easily be split between 2 people. Generous serving with lots of shrimp, sausage, and chicken. The fried pickles were fantastic. Sharp dills, great thickness, light batter. I ordered a side of red beans & rice as my main dish and it has a great texture and a hint of tart vinegar...would be best paired with cornbread or the amazing crab balls. I had a regular margarita on the rocks. It was ok. It was the most mediocre thing we ordered...so you KNOW the food is good. The music is great. We were here on Saturday from 8:30-10pm and the playlist was a great mix of Motown jams. 10/10 would recommend The Fish Place. We Absolutely recommend dining at this hidden gem!“

“Absolutely fantastic Mongolian beef! However, the only downsides to the meal are very small egg rolls and the Fried Rice does not have much flavor to it.
I'm still giving it 5 stars for the fantastic main dish and fresh brew iced tea.“
