“This is a working man's restaurant where one is literally shoulder to shoulder on stools in a building that resembles a boat. The food is magnificent. The oysters on the half shell are spectacular as are the shrimp dishes and the gumbo. Try the catfish dinner. It's the best I've had West of Louisiana.“

The customer service was great as well. The only reason I didn’t give this a 5 star is because the potatoes from the boil could be a hit or miss. Sometimes, it has a metallic taste but most of the times it doesn’t. Overall, great restaurant when you’re on a budget for seafood boil.“

My husband got the stuffed red fish and for the first time ever couldn’t eat it all. I recommend sharing an entree so you can save room for dessert which I hear the bread pudding is delicious. I just didn’t have room“

Just ate here and although its a slow Tuesday. The food didnt disappoint at all. 10/10 will return. The fish tacos i had accompanied by fries and rice set my dish off. I ate every bite and the bartender joked that I didnt like any of it 😂
