Tried the crawfish here and was extremely disappointed. Paid for 3 lbs and honestly only about 1 lb was actually edible. The rest were overcooked very stiff and brittle, with meat that stuck to the shell or completely fell apart when trying to peel. Many just disintegrated in my hands.
For something labeled “premium,” the quality was nowhere close. The attached photo shows the condition of most of the crawfish.

We have been coming here for years, but in the past few months, the shrimp and hushpuppies have gone way downhill. They are no longer crispy and fried just right. Now, the breading is gummy and not quite done. Either they have lowered the temperature of the oil, or they aren't leaving the food in long enough. After a long day on the water, my son and I stooped to eat on our way back to Beaumont. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our waiter, Brandon, was wonderful 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
