“Despite a terrible experience I had at this restaurant from a very horrible waitress with a nasty attitude, the manager, Charlie Bowie really stepped in and took the correct approach necessary to resolve this issue for me and took it in consideration that something like this would never happen again. Based on my conversation with him, he really values customer service. Which makes me want to go back and eat there again in the near future. This is exactly the kind of mindset every managers and business owners should portray and I comment Topwater Grill to have this kind of management. Thanks so much! The seafood and vegtables are fresh, the presentation is great and everything that we have eaten has been delicious. The atmosphere is nothing special but the food and the service makes up for it.“

The lady and man whom own it are some of the friendliest people I have been blessed to have met. Amazing place I will definitely eat here everytime I come this way.
The only small downside is I would not prob ever dine in as the summer time sun is set right on the place in the afternoon and the restaurant has nothing but glass windows in the entrance area so it was very hot in there but nothing they can really do to help this other than stop global warming.??‍♀️?“

“The menu is quite large with so much variety. Their house salad dressing is really delicious and if you choose the pasta Alfredo as your side you won’t believe how big the portion is. My husband got the stuffed red fish and for the first time ever couldn’t eat it all. I recommend sharing an entree so you can save room for dessert which I hear the bread pudding is delicious. I just didn’t have room“

“Luna was an amazingly convenient stop for dinner and breakfast on our 1 night stay. Rachel our server was attentive, chatty, and kind telling us about the local sights. I highly recommend popping in anytime you're staying here, or even if you live in the area!“

My husband and I judge Mexican restaurants by their green salsa and they have the best I’ve ever tried! My favorite place to go for sure. Love that they have a drive though. “The food was decent and the view was ver nice. The whole Kemah Boardwalk area is beautiful and fun for the whole family. A must visit if you are in the area. This restaurant in particular has a nice decor with lots of fish tanks to keep the kids entertained. I ordered the sampler (see picture) and the calamari and the mozzarella sticks were delicious. I would recommend it, specially if you are with your family.“

“Oysters had too much cheese. NY strip was good. Sides potatoes and spinach were rich and plentiful. Way too loud in the dining room. Suggest just eating at one of the side bars. Parking is confusing without needed signage. Cocktails were good but a bit weak.
