“Everything was delicious! I kept seeing posts about this place. The burgers are huge and mouthwatering and look just like their pics! Those were probably the best fries I’ve had in my life. The food came out fairly quickly but it was a weekday night so not too busy. The staff was friendly as well I’m glad we live so close. We will be back often! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Love Cabo! However our experience today was off. We ordered drinks and at bar and then got a table outside to order food, and the waitress refused to serve us, stating TABC rules, but we weren’t ordering drinks from her, we are really good customers and tip really well. I’ve never had that happen and have always had good service there. Maybe a new inexperienced waitress, worried we weren’t going to tip her? Or maybe I didn’t know you couldn’t a have drink tab at the bar and order food at a table separately? I’ve worked, waitressed , in the food industry so this was new to me.“

“My husband and I had an absolutely delightful time.

Chef Skinner and his team prepared a delicious 19-course tasting menu featuring different Indigenous dishes.It was interesting learning the history behind each dish alongside each unique flavor.

Describing the dishes really does not justice to the flavor - these ranged from corn soup to morel mushroom fried skewers to rainbow trout on native US wild rice. Each dish was just sublime. Legitimately each dish that came out we were surprised to find it as tasty as the dish before.

We personally do not like artichoke or cauliflower - but even these were prepared nicely and worth trying. My husband absolutely *despises* beans and yet he had multiple helpings of the bean soup. It was really shocking to see him enjoying eating beans.

We do not drink often, but the drinks we had were beautifully prepared and smooth.

Everything was perfectly flavored. The staff were kind and the restaurant space was beautiful.

I never write reviews, but we loved our experience so much I needed to share. I cannot recommend enough, and we look forward to coming again.“

“I highly recommend this Café. I ordered to go as I’m leaving state after breakfast, but the girl that helped me carry my drinks out was super sweet. Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. I highly recommend trying their food if you haven’t before. I took photos but it won’t let me add them to my review.“

“The food at this establishment was amazing. We had the chicken pot pie and a plate of grilled pork chops with is sweet bourbon glaze that was stellar. Service was provided by, Cameron G. This young man is the best. Very attentive and on point. Get this man a raise. My travel partner and I had a great meal and a very nice, quiet place to converse without distractions. No room for dessert. Prices were excellent as well.“

I booked a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and the owner called me personally and spoke with me and made sure that she decorated our table personally and even got us a private room (which I had no idea was going to happen)! When we arrived, there were beautiful balloons, candles and a stunning room filled with low lights and music. Her husband even came in to make sure everything was to our liking and the waitress (Chloe) was outstanding! I cannot say how wonderful each and every person was that night and how great the food was as well. We will for sure be regular customers at this restaurant for years to come! “I recently checked out Tookie's Seafood and had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy some good seafood. I ordered the Gulf red snapper along with the fried alligator and kept it simple with a couple of bottled waters. The snapper was fresh and cooked just right flavorful, tender, and definitely the standout of the meal. The fried alligator was a fun addition too, crispy on the outside and nicely seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out in a reasonable time. It felt like a place that cares about both the food and the customer experience. Overall, I would recommend Tookie’s Seafood if you’re looking for fresh, well prepared seafood in a laid back setting. I would definitely come back.“

“Large beer selection and above average food make this a nice spot to have dinner. It can get a bit loud with the music/large crowds, so if you’re hard of hearing I’d come during slower time periods to avoid struggling to talk to others you’re dining with.“

“Just came from our first visit and the food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and we were served quickly. We had the avocado toast and barria tacos and they were both amazing. I will say we were a bit confused as to how and where to order at first. There are wait staff but some people ordered from a window. We will be going back for sure to try other items. I can't believe it took so long for us to give it a try but so glad we did!“

“Scotty’s Bar and Grill is an awesome spot. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were all top notch. Everyone was attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great experience.

Dina, the owner, is a rock star. She was out on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly and that people were getting their food and drinks quickly, which really stood out.

The bar staff makes great drinks and the pricing is very reasonable. They also have live music on the weekends with some really talented performers, which adds a great vibe.

Highly recommend checking this place out. It’s a great local spot and definitely one I’ll be coming back to.“

“My husband is working here in Texas and we came by 2/17/26 for supper and it was amazing. The steak was great, the brisket was way better than our bbq place back home and the ribs were great. The BBQ sauce was to die for. I had ordered the sausage but then was told it was sold out which was okay because we came around 9pm. We tried all the things that diners drive in and dives tried. Let’s just say if my husband comes back to this part of Texas we will be back ohhh and let’s not forget the armadillo eggs those things was amazing my husband have talked about how good they were all night and day.
