“Nice spot for a laid back night of drinks. Went there during a weekend visit to the area from NY. I thought the drinks were reasonably priced and the staff was awesome. Bartenders were KP and John (I think, guy with the long hair. Sorry if i got your name wrong). Both bartenders were awesome. Ordered pizza which was decent especially after a few drinks. KP is probably one of the best bartenders I have come across. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in town. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it was a little loud for my liking with the music but that's probably not their fault honestly.“

“We found this place on a whim! Our kids wanted ice cream and the door was locked with the open sign. The chef at the bar let us through to the back. It’s such a great place to kick back, have a few appetizers or drinks, play games as a family and watch a game on the big screen. Our kids really enjoyed being able to participate in playing games. The fries and onion rings were tasty! It wasn’t packed when we arrived mid day on the weekend but I could see it being crowded at night and having trouble parking. Definitely recommend!“
“I came in one night and ordered some food to go and one beer. A week later I did the same thing. A month later I walked in and the bar keep remembered me, my order down to every detail. Every time I come in she knows what I want. It's hands down the best service I've ever had anywhere. I rarely stop in, but when I do I get top notch service, great food, and treated like I'm family. “I think this is the best place in the Kemah area for mixing music.If you come before 10 PM, it'll be a chill bar or social nights where you can sip and chat with soft music playing, making Saturday nights far from boring. But after 10 PM, when the DJ starts playing and mixing, the place instantly becomes more vibrant. I like it - the dim atmosphere allows for uninhibited dancing. The music, which excites and entertains, ensures we're never bored on a Saturday night. “I was given a Power card with play points from my job some time ago and decided to take my family here during Spring Break. Had no issue getting other power cards from the machines in front. We had lunch first, and the food came out and was good. There was a bit of a wait to see our waitress, but i figured it was business of Spring Break that caused the delay. Games were great. The family had a great time. Will come again.“
“We always loved the service Drew gave us at our local Chili's and when he told us that he started working part-time at The Monkey Bar we thought that we would give it a try. We really didn't know what kind of place it was, Monkey Bar says Bar, but we wanted to try something different. We were actually surprised when we walked into this quaint little hangout with lots of friendly locals who were more than happy to welcome us. The staff, even the owner, were attentive to every customers needs. At first we were concerned about the cigarette smoke, but it didn't take long to notice that they have an excellent circulation system that keeps the air clean so I didn't even notice! You can order a variety of appetizers and other dishes for lunch and dinner but decided on some pretty good boudin egg rolls and some cold beers while we shot a few games of pool. We enjoyed our first visit and plan on going back to try something from the lunch or dinner selection soon.“

“First time to go to the new Webster location. I was overall satisfied with the service , beer selection and food. For a bar that is. I went after work on a Thursday and it was not busy at all. Plenty of seating inside and out. Well laid out , tons of tvs and decent beer selection. I only give it a 4 star because I asked for double meat on my turkey sandwich and I don't think the kitchen did it. When I asked the waitress she told me "I did tell the kitchen for double meat". Not sure that answered my question but I will be back. Cool bar addition for Clear lake area. -R“

“The chicken bomber sandwich was amazing. I think it just needed like jalapeños or something spicy to it. The service was great. They check on us multiple times but not overdoing it. Multiple tvs in the restaurant, so you are bound to see something. I would definitely recommend and come back to Walk-On's Sports “

Yall, I'm here to tell you this is a great place to play pool, shuffle board, darts, watch the game, or just hang with friends and enjoy a proper pint as our British brethren say. No, it's not an English themed pub, but it is a very good Southeast Texan sports bar. They have plenty of beer and liquor options, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I've been going to this bar since I moved to Texas from North Carolina (best state ever.. oops did I let that slip in?, don't worry Texas is a very close 2nd) back in 2008. During crawfish season they boil up some tasty treats, so don't miss that either! Come on by and enjoy a cold one folks, you'll be treated like family!“
“We really enjoyed Sam’s Boat and even came back a second time during our vacation. My daughter loved the fried cod! The crab cakes were delicious. The boiled shrimp were well made, but a little too spicy for my son’s liking. The sauce on the redfish was amazing! I loved sitting out near the water. We saw many interesting birds. The service was good. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We went for an early dinner one day and lunch another. I could see that at night it could be a much more bar-like setting. Overall, it’s great!“
