“Their sandwiches with the French dip are absolutely phenomenal. Don’t think it’s officially on the menu but it should. Theresa (our bartender) makes the best sandwiches in Galveston. Do yourself a favor and stop at the Corner Pocket. Great food and service.“

The bartender was super nice
And quick! Atmosphere was great. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all (two females). This will be on our list every time I go to Galveston!
I also have to say one thing negative just so everybody knows this post was not bought: women’s bathroom is located literally right in the middle of the bar, just awkward walking out and everyone staring at you.“

“Hands down best place on the island!!!! We were craving pho and Omgsh the Smoked Brisket Pho is out of this world! Best broth I’ve ever had. Chicken wings with homemade sauce 100. Owner Spike is super friendly and passionate about his career and offerings. This place is not to be missed“
