I rated a 4 stars merley because I frequent this establishment and although I receive great service I feel that the exceptional service provided today due to a contest should ensue outside of the staff gaining from it. However, I am never really disappointed when I eat here and if my kids love it I love it. Nick was attentive and personable. I’ll give him a 50. He was cool and energetic. Great seats although busy. “Whenever I visit the island I ask local friends to recommend places I haven’t yet tried. This is how I found Gonzalo’s. What a great recommendation! Had a great chat with the owners. Got a breakfast burrito to go and ate it while watching the waves roll in. The burrito was OUTSTANDING and so are Angela and Felipe. I will be back and next time I’m going to dine in. Super cute and cozy in there. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: You are allowed to sub. I swapped out bacon for avocado on my burrito.“

“Best place we have been for seafood! Sean and Karen were our bartenders with top notch drinks and service. My wifes birthday dinner so they made it special with a keylime pie. I had the Gouper and she had the Sea Bass and we shared the mushroom risotto. We used to have a couple of favorites on the island but Saltwater just moved to the top!“

The environment was chill. Bar vibe but for families.Fried pickles are one of my favorites. This location has fried pickles. Not as crispy as I like but they were still good. The burger tasted really good. We had the Cali burger. 4 orders of the same meal. I would have wanted the chili to have a little bit more flavor but the chili cheese fries are also a great choice.Ticket total was $123 and some change. Everyone also ordered a drink as well.I would definitely recommend stopping here if you can't decide. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the cleanliness of the restrooms and when I returned to the table they were bringing out the food. When they sat my plate down, my bacon from my burger was hanging off the side of the plate touching the table.“

“I really love this place. The wraps, the smoothie bowls ( how inventive and original) , the smoothies , and even the option for smoothies with red bull. Everything they do is made with love and genuine care. They are always smiling and create a beautiful atmosphere for everyone. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy. They even opened a juice bar next door and the juices are revitalizing. I go here here at least once a week. Bartender was friendly and kept drinks filled. 5 stars for atmosphere because it's got that dive feel but isn't really a dive. We have been here a few times and will come back again.
