Update 11-22-2025 1:00am: Another night without Oscar as our server… the lady failed to make our order right on multiple levels despite telling her what we wanted twice. When she realized part of the order was incorrect due to Oscar checking on us, she tried to shift the blame on the cook and even Oscar despite him being the one to help us out in the first place. Again, Oscar is the only good night shift server. Promote him to night manager.“

Everything was excellent from the host, to the food, the atmosphere and our service top tier. We went tonight for our 4 year anniversary and they were so sweet about acknowledging the occasion. Definitely a new go-to. Their Sunday Brunch will be next!“

My wife is in the final stages of brain cancer so everything we do as a family is precious time. When one of the owners...Ray...saw us praying before our meal, he came over and greeted us and told us we were a blessing to him. We visited a lot, got to know about his family, etc. He brought cake and churros and the best special drink for my wife. My wife's late father's name was Ray, and this Ray gave us our favorite memory from our vacation. A couple of my adult daughters cried tears of joy and gratitude because of him. Ray will be a friend of our family forever. He was a very special blessing to us. Especially my wife. Guys like Ray deserve the best. Eat at Casa Fiesta often. Best restaurant experience ever! BTW.. the food was absolutely amazing and the staff was the best.“

“This golden corral is right by the Seawall. Most of the food tasted good. Strak was tough but good for what you pay for. The service was good. They kept our drinks refilled and food trays full. It's worth checking out if you are in Galveston.“

“It's a fast food place. Not a free standing building. It is half burger king and half gas station. Difficult to get to. You must pull into the gas station parking lot. If you drive to the Burger King building it will take you 5-10 minutes to circle back around to get back. You can only enter the parking lot from one direction.“

“Shrimp and oysters were severely under cooked, almost raw. We have been going to this restaurant for years and it was always great but will not go back! We told the cashier and she was not receptive, just took our money. There didn't seem to be a manager or owner available for us to talk to. We will not be back and will certainly spread this news!“

As Lago Mar residents and frequent guests of Blue Lagoon, we were confident the event would be wonderful—and it truly was. From booking through the conclusion of the evening, everything was seamless. Hayden, the manager, was exceptional in communicating every detail and ensuring the planning process was smooth. The menu was flexible, accommodating, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious when served. Karen, the coordinator, was nothing short of outstanding. She was readily available, attentive to every detail, and went above and beyond to make the event truly special. We were also incredibly impressed with the staff—Noah, Molly, and manager Tristan—who were professional, attentive, and took excellent care of our entire party. The venue was very flexible in working with our decorator, which made the day run effortlessly. From start to finish, we experienced top-notch customer service and outstanding food. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception experience.“

“Absolutely amazing experience! The crawfish were cooked to perfection full of flavor, seasoned just right, and clearly made with so much care. You can truly tell the chef knows exactly what they’re doing. On top of that, the chef’s attitude made the whole experience even better so welcoming, positive, and passionate about the food. I believe his name Jose , It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the energy are this good. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone!“
