Darlene provided me with exceptional customer service on 11/20/2022. She was attentive to my dining needs with a pleasant smile on her face. Darlene and I shared praises and testimonies God's goodness for our families.
I work very near this particular location, and I stopped by for a quick lunch before heading to work. The lady who helped me was Amanda. Both she and everyone else were absolutely wonderful. The food was amazing, which is something I expect at Cracker Barrel. The quality of the service was also amazing. I had a problem with my rewards app, and the young Lady cashier who helped me, also helped me get that corrected.

Although I haven’t visited in a while, I was recently invited by one of my favorite students, Yin, and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. Great Visit!
