“Delightful New Orleans style brunch with chandeliers and choice of buffet or menu. I’ve had the buffet both times I’ve been here, nice variety of choices including crab and peel and eat shrimp. Don’t miss the banana foster French toast made on demand, or the carving table prime rib. Looks like an expensive bougie place but even the buffet is only $40 and the menu items very reasonable.

The manager, Doug, was amazing at accommodating our big group on little notice, even when we had additional people join our table. No fuss, just made sure everyone felt welcome. Our waiter Chris prepared a special treat for a birthday boy with us. And overall just made sure everybody was taken care of and had a good time.

“I have been eating here for so many years. The Best Catfish in the Greater Houston/Galveston area. I have since moved away from Dickinson, but I come to see Ms. Lily once a month and still get the "All You Can Eat Catfish." A MUST when in the area or traveling to Galveston. 5 stars all the way...they treat you like family.“

“My husband and I had an absolutely delightful time.

Chef Skinner and his team prepared a delicious 19-course tasting menu featuring different Indigenous dishes.It was interesting learning the history behind each dish alongside each unique flavor.

Describing the dishes really does not justice to the flavor - these ranged from corn soup to morel mushroom fried skewers to rainbow trout on native US wild rice. Each dish was just sublime. Legitimately each dish that came out we were surprised to find it as tasty as the dish before.

We personally do not like artichoke or cauliflower - but even these were prepared nicely and worth trying. My husband absolutely *despises* beans and yet he had multiple helpings of the bean soup. It was really shocking to see him enjoying eating beans.

We do not drink often, but the drinks we had were beautifully prepared and smooth.

Everything was perfectly flavored. The staff were kind and the restaurant space was beautiful.

I never write reviews, but we loved our experience so much I needed to share. I cannot recommend enough, and we look forward to coming again.“

“The food at this establishment was amazing. We had the chicken pot pie and a plate of grilled pork chops with is sweet bourbon glaze that was stellar. Service was provided by, Cameron G. This young man is the best. Very attentive and on point. Get this man a raise. My travel partner and I had a great meal and a very nice, quiet place to converse without distractions. No room for dessert. Prices were excellent as well.“

“Just came from our first visit and the food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and we were served quickly. We had the avocado toast and barria tacos and they were both amazing. I will say we were a bit confused as to how and where to order at first. There are wait staff but some people ordered from a window. We will be going back for sure to try other items. I can't believe it took so long for us to give it a try but so glad we did!“

“This was my first visit to Backyard in Seabrook and it did not disappoint. The food was really good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was laid-back and enjoyable. Highly recommend checking it out!“

“The food is excellent! On Sunday's they have a DJ & the music is a little loud but good. There's usually a line to the door but the wait, about 15 minutes, is well worth it. Nothing real fancy. The food is served in to-go containers with plastic wear. They do have a seating area that's large enough to accommodate you or your group if you choose to dine in.“

I booked a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and the owner called me personally and spoke with me and made sure that she decorated our table personally and even got us a private room (which I had no idea was going to happen)! When we arrived, there were beautiful balloons, candles and a stunning room filled with low lights and music. Her husband even came in to make sure everything was to our liking and the waitress (Chloe) was outstanding! I cannot say how wonderful each and every person was that night and how great the food was as well. We will for sure be regular customers at this restaurant for years to come! “Scotty’s Bar and Grill is an awesome spot. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were all top notch. Everyone was attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great experience.

Dina, the owner, is a rock star. She was out on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly and that people were getting their food and drinks quickly, which really stood out.

The bar staff makes great drinks and the pricing is very reasonable. They also have live music on the weekends with some really talented performers, which adds a great vibe.

Highly recommend checking this place out. It’s a great local spot and definitely one I’ll be coming back to.“

I ordered the Gulf red snapper along with the fried alligator and kept it simple with a couple of bottled waters. The snapper was fresh and cooked just right flavorful, tender, and definitely the standout of the meal. The fried alligator was a fun addition too, crispy on the outside and nicely seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out in a reasonable time. It felt like a place that cares about both the food and the customer experience. “My husband is working here in Texas and we came by 2/17/26 for supper and it was amazing. The steak was great, the brisket was way better than our bbq place back home and the ribs were great. The BBQ sauce was to die for. I had ordered the sausage but then was told it was sold out which was okay because we came around 9pm. We tried all the things that diners drive in and dives tried. Let’s just say if my husband comes back to this part of Texas we will be back ohhh and let’s not forget the armadillo eggs those things was amazing my husband have talked about how good they were all night and day. “Wow — one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! I ordered the chilaquiles plate half Verde, half Roja and topped it with fajita beef… and let me tell you, that fajita meat sent it over the edge. So much flavor and perfectly tender. I also grabbed a side of corned beef hash — if you’re a corned beef lover, this is the one. Crunchy on the outside, packed with flavor, and paired with the best grilled onions. My husband went with the chicken fried steak plate. The steak is tenderized and made fresh to order, and the gravy was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place. The service was top-notch, and TAMMY did an incredible job welcoming everyone into the diner!“

“!!PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW!! My family and I stopped and ate at Casa Fiesta on our way home from vacation. My wife is in the final stages of brain cancer so everything we do as a family is precious time. When one of the owners...Ray...saw us praying before our meal, he came over and greeted us and told us we were a blessing to him. We visited a lot, got to know about his family, etc. He brought cake and churros and the best special drink for my wife. My wife's late father's name was Ray, and this Ray gave us our favorite memory from our vacation. A couple of my adult daughters cried tears of joy and gratitude because of him. Ray will be a friend of our family forever. He was a very special blessing to us. Especially my wife. Guys like Ray deserve the best. Eat at Casa Fiesta often. Best restaurant experience ever!
