booked a birthday party for my son for the ultimate vr experience and was so disappointed when we didn’t have a room as promised and just a table for an hour that we were rushed before the hour was up by our host . overall it was a horrible experience and i was ready to never have a party there again the only reason i will recommend is because the supervisor Lety was super accommodating and apologized and helped us as much as she could and turned our experience around some ....read full review
