I go to Chuy’s every year to celebrate my birthday… clearly I already love it! This visit was different - it was my last Tex-Mex before flying to the UK where I’ll spend the next several years abroad! It was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had. The restaurant was exactly as expected for a Mexican restaurant. Lots of decor on the walls and one room has hubcaps all over the ceiling. It was extremely busy but the server did an amazing job of keeping us with what we needed. The salsa was so awesome! Which to me, makes or breaks a Mexican restaurant.
