Tonight was a mix experience. I had an issue with my food but I will not focus on that I will focus on the extraordinary solution. The manager, Dennis and my server Tim were phenomenal in not only solving the problem and making me feel welcome and seen but it was handled immediately. I highly recommend it if nothing else for the phenomenal staff, this location has too offer.
I turned 70 and we went for my Birthday. Looking forward to it BUT WE HAD TOUGH LOBSTER and it had NO TASTE Mine was this way and the ones with me the SAME. ALONG WITH TOUGH BROCCOLI. I Couldn’t Even Ear it. The Lobster were all small Baby ones I think.
RED LOBSTER USE TO BE GOOD BUT IT WAS ALL AWFUL AND NONE OF US WILL COME BACK. PLUS WE HAD A DRIVE
My husband and I went to this location at around 4:15 pm, Saturday, October 27, 2023. The wait staff person (no introduction) was encouraging us to hurry because she had “a big table coming in and didn’t want to discard us.” I said we didn’t want that either and we walked out.
