“THE most amazing, unique, educational and fantastic-tasting dining experience of my life. We loved it. I feel like we travelled the centuries as well as the globe, in one evening, right here in Kemah, Texas. Incredible food and people. Fifteen courses authentic to the timeline of Choctaw and Thai food, even first known recipes dating back to 1640. The chefs and the wine director introduced and explained each as it was brought to the table.”

“Had a great time at Coco's on the Canal, was my first time there. Some girlfriends and I went for Singo Bingo for Galantine's night. The bingo was a blast. A couple of complaints. #1, there was no reservation signs on any of the couch areas when I got there. I was the only one in the place so I picked a couch that was open, sat there for an hour with 1 of my girlfriends, no one told me it was reserved and when the party that reserved it arrived, I had to move. Not very happy about that. In that whole hour I sat there. I spoke with the bartenders, not one time did they tell me that seating space was reserved. Secondly, it was Galantine's Singo Bingo night. A guy won the black out bingo both games. That's total BS!!! It was Galentines night for God's sake!!! If they play they should've at least had their spouse go up and claim the prize instead of parading around and gloating AND especially when you have every Thursday night, singo bingo. boo!!! 👎👎👎👎”

“I recently checked out Tookie's Seafood and had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy some good seafood. I ordered the Gulf red snapper along with the fried alligator and kept it simple with a couple of bottled waters. The snapper was fresh and cooked just right flavorful, tender, and definitely the standout of the meal. The fried alligator was a fun addition too, crispy on the outside and nicely seasoned. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out in a reasonable time. It felt like a place that cares about both the food and the customer experience. Overall, I would recommend Tookie’s Seafood if you’re looking for fresh, well prepared seafood in a laid back setting. I would definitely come back.”

“My husband is working here in Texas and we came by 2/17/26 for supper and it was amazing. The steak was great, the brisket was way better than our bbq place back home and the ribs were great. The BBQ sauce was to die for. I had ordered the sausage but then was told it was sold out which was okay because we came around 9pm. We tried all the things that diners drive in and dives tried. Let’s just say if my husband comes back to this part of Texas we will be back ohhh and let’s not forget the armadillo eggs those things was amazing my husband have talked about how good they were all night and day. This is a must try place!!!!”

“What an experience. The Clear Lake Shores Police Department has set up a high-intensity policing area. If you visit local businesses, make sure you look both directions before doing anything. They like to sit in local parking lots, watch stop signs, turns, traffic lights, everything - handing out citations left and right. It really puts a damper on experiences knowing that when you leave, you have a high probability of immediately getting pulled over. What's a few hundred dollars, right? We can all afford a ticket to visit a great restaurant or venue. Make sure you salute the boys in blue. Protect and serve, right? Make sure you try their drinks here.”

“Was just there this morning for the Swiftie Breakfast and it was amazing!!! All the staff were so kind, welcoming and on theme! There was a photobolth, tattoos, friendship bracelets, themed drinks and food!!! I had a blast it was so much fun! The food was insanely good, and came out super fast!!! “I have been here several times over the last few years. Always great food, nice bartenders and a fun party atmosphere. A mix of locals and tourists. Inside and outside seating and a wide variety of beers on tap. No tableside service, so get your fanny up to the bar. Thank you, Adaire!”

“Handmade gorditas and pupusas. Real good breakfast tacos and burritos. It is located inside the quik mart gas station. Small but Friendly staff. This location should be moving down the street to a brand new building being built now. Should be done in march 2020. Looking forward to it. Definitely recommend. I'll be back.”

“We’ve been going to the Aquarium Restaurant for years. This time it was a turnaround… Our daughter took us to celebrate the memories of us going over the years. We were a large group with six small grandchildren and four adults. Our server, Maria, did an absolutely amazing job managing the group, the orders and absolutely everything. Well done!”

“Me and my boyfriend eat here quite often, never had a complaint till yesterday I asked my waiter if he could move the trash can away from our table cuz I could smell it and he did, then this other boy with a very bad attitude came and put it right back beside our table so my boyfriend got up and moved it his self the boy seen my boyfriend move it and came back over there with a bad attitude looking at us crazy and brought the trash can back up close to the table again so we decided to pay for our meal and leave....”

“I'll rate it about a 3.75, I guess. Although my Bang Bang Shrimp was great my sister's said their sampler plate was somewhat less to be desired. We had to wait quite a while for our server, Amy, and they weren't extremely busy. A manager did come to check on us & went out of her way to find my sister a bottle of Coca-Cola :) Gift shop prices are outrageous, but it's a fun place with nice scenic views!”

“The ice cream is good. The staff are nice. The lines are incredibly long. I believe all of the ice cream is Blue Bell. They also carry Starbucks beverages. A single scoop starts at $5. They have specialty cones and cookies.”

“We celebrated our anniversary here, and it couldn’t have been more special thanks to Frank, the floor manager, and our wonderful server, Morgan. From the moment we walked in, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The highlight was when Frank arranged for the kitchen to make my husband’s favorite stuffed avocados—despite them no longer being on the menu. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that made the evening unforgettable. Morgan provided warm, attentive service all night, making sure everything was perfect. We left feeling truly appreciated and can’t wait to come back!”

First time, the staff was a bit slow and inexperienced, both Second and Third time were exceptional. The staff at this location goes out of their way to ensure that you have a Great dining experience. I cannot say enough about how good they are. Our new favorite local Mexican Restaurant!
