No, I didn't go back, just had a friend tell me how terrible this location is. I referred him to this post from 5 years ago.. Bulldoze this location, please.. Worst Sonic i have ever been to. Keep trying to give them a chance... Food is always awful, wait is always rediculous...i feel sorry for the carhops, because they are pretty nice. The cooks SUUUUCCK so bad. Management...fire your whole kitchen staff, and start over...they are terrible, terrible, terrible...it is obvious they care nothing for the quality of product they serve. Everything is AWFUL...EVERY. TIME. I. HAVE. TRIED... This is the last time...never again...i hope this location closes...it ruins the Sonic name...and I feel bad for the future of the kids that work there...they care nothing about their jobs, and the awful food quality shows their lack of work ethic...goood luck....“

“I used to hate coming to this Sonic because they were EXTREMELY slow & always messes up the food. But today, being it was one of the only places open after Hurricane Beryl, we had to come here. I don't know what they did, if it's new management or what, but the service was EXCELLENT today!! Super sweet girls that brought our food out & the food was impressive!“

“Place and concept was cool. I tried the Nutella cookie, cookies and cream and gooey butter cake.
They honestly for the most part taste the same. The Nutella was a bit saltier and the butter cake didn’t have chocolate but overall just okay and not super distinguishable.“

From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and so accommodating. The gelato cart was a huge hit with our guests—everyone was raving about it! They offered me and my friend samples and they were delicious! Very refreshing! We had pinacolada slushy drink and a mango Italian ice both were great! When you see this company please make sure you try them, you will not be disappointed!“

“This place usually serves as an after school treat to celebrate something, and it’s never disappointing. There are 31 flavors to choose from, and I ordered a scoop of peanut butter chocolate and a scoop of rocky road. Both flavors were rich and creamy. The prices are reasonable and there are no problems with the service. They also have ice cream cakes ready to buy in the store. When I came, if you got two scoops, the waffle cone came free. Overall a great experience.“

“Our trip in with our school children of 13 today was fabulous! We learned about how to create the ice cream from the cream to the machine to the storage process and into our tummies. It was so yummy. We also learned how to bake great American cookies decorate them and get them out to customers who are looking for a fabulous birthday treat! The owners were warm and inviting and so friendly! It by far was one of our best field trips!“

I wasn’t able to get the lady behind the counters name, but she was so incredibly patient and kind despite it being busy. She was really kicking butt. She deserved every bit of the tips she received. She definitely makes me want to return.“

“I come here on average of 5 days a week, and I LOVE it here. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. I was just there today, and they were busy. I was so happy to see so many people in there (it was only 8 people in there + me), but it felt nice to know they were getting business. The three people I saw tonight did their job man. I really hope they get payed well. If you have never been here before and need a recommendation of which ice cream to get; Blue cotton candy with rainbow sprinkles is the best ice cream + topping combo I’ve ever had. “the toppings were very much lacking and disorganized even though the place was empty and the employee was just standing behind the register since we walked in. one of the soft serve machines was not working and dripping/leaking. i pointed it out and she just said "yeah, you shouldn't use that one" the ice cream we got wasn't bad. the prices were reasonable. but the tidyness, and cleanliness and upkeep leave a lot to be desired-------edit- hey there, thanks for your reply. the boba (the little squishy mango balls ? ) were like 99% empty except for a random stragler here and there, the surrounding toppings were also in disaray and the cheesecake bite bits only had enough toppings for one of the 3 people in our party to use any at all, and no mandarins or berries (except maybe blue berries?) . i appreciate your response though, we were there maaaybe 3 weeks ago on a satruday, it was one of the really hot days of summer before the hurricane warning .the staff person, there were 2 i believe was a young female at the register who saw super nice, and the person going back and forth appeared to be restocking or stocking the frozen treats you sell, like cakes.thanks for your responsiveness! you get a star for that !“

“This place is really cool. Different than your typical ice cream shop in the mall. While my family and I were at Bay brook mall we decided to get some ice cream. After looking at the menu we were all interested since they roll up the ice cream and put on several sides giving it a more "fancy" look. I ordered the Biscotti ice cream bowl. My girls ordered the cookies n cream and the smores. It was a little busy being a Sunday at the mall so it took a little longer to get our order.. which wasn't a big deal. I could see all the employees working hard on the orders. You are able to watch them make it which I found interesting. After we got our order.. seeing it in person was even better than the menu pics. The Biscotti I got was the most delicious ice cream I've ever had! One full cookie and little pieces of cookie on top w a caramel drizzle. I tried the cookies n cream and smores.. which were also really good but the Biscotti was my favorite. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for a delicious ice cream snack while visiting the mall!“
