I just so happened to move to League City and pass the Blue Bell distribution branch here in Alvin, TX. I called them, and everyone was super nice. I told them what happened, and without hesitation, they told me to come to their location and took care of me. Thank you, Blue Bell!“

“EVERYTHING is fantastic here! My parents were married in 1963 in Freeport. They honeymooned in Galveston. They drove through Alvin and stopped at Dairyland on the way. Since they were teenagers they drank Cherry Dr Pepper and they said Dairyland has 1 of the best! We moved to Alvin in 1977. I have been going to Dairyland and eating and hanging out for the last 45 yrs!! I have had everything on the menu and it’s all good! There is not a teenager from Alvin that hasn’t eaten and hung out here since 1960!!“

“The absolute best ice cream I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I are on keto, so we got the keto banana ice cream. I’d suggest leaving it out for 20-30 minutes. It has the BEST texture and flavor! I have also tried the lavender and blueberry cheesecake ice cream, and the lavender is hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. The owners are incredibly kind, and very knowledgeable about their ice cream. I also noticed when my daughter (3) had her blueberry cheesecake ice cream, she didn’t act totally nuts like she usually does with sugar. Love it!!!“

“Came back two months later and unfortunately had a horrible experience. My 5-year-old got a small ice cream cup and didn’t like it. I asked if they could simply switch it out since she didn't touch it and literally left the entire cup sitting on the counter, but they refused. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for something my child didn’t even eat, especially when it could have been handled so easily.

On top of that, they accidentally charged me for the person next to me’s ice cream, then charged me extra for my other child’s because apparently they added “more ice cream” to hers. Everything felt completely unorganized. My oldest daughter’s ice cream was also so melted it was ridiculous.
What bothered me the most was the customer service. The employees showed absolutely no concern that my 5-year-old was standing there without an ice cream while everyone else had theirs. I would have gladly purchased her another one, but by that point the service was so bad that I just wanted to get out of there. Very disappointing experience, especially when you’re there with children and something that should be simple turns into such a headache.

Had a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! Brody helped us out and was very nice, professional, and welcoming the entire time. He had a great attitude, worked quickly, and made our visit enjoyable. The ice cream was amazing and the customer service made it even better. “I have always loved this place. Fantastic sweets and of course great ice cream. The iced sugar cookies are my favorites. They made cookies for my son’s 10th birthday and they were amazing!!! They customized them to look like fish; inspired by the party invitation. I cannot tell you how pleased we were and how much we love this place. The owner and the employees are just as wonderful as their products!“

“I don’t normally leave reviews but for this particular case I will. My mother called craving ice-cream from marble slap, with a few minutes (3-5) until closing time I thought it was too late. As I approached the window the very kind lady took me despite in the middle of cleaning even though she didn’t have too. I told her about my mothers request and she gladly made sure I could surprise her. I felt bad that she had already cleaned her work station but she did it out of pure kindness and im truly grateful for that. As a result, I got to surprise my mother with the ice-cream she asked for. I hope the boss eventually sees this review and can reward the very kind lady.“

We’ve already been three times with my husband and our daughter, and we absolutely love it! They’re set up in a little kiosk, which makes it such a fun and casual stop while you enjoy your snow cone and watch the neighborhood go by.

But today I had a chance to order online by joining the app amd had a hard time using their gift card online. But I went in and the staff was able to help me order woth my welxome.offwr as well. The men's restroom was very clean. The restaurant was pretty quiet and clean. It's surprising how this business still survives opposite a famous BBQ restaurant. The food was hot and tasty, and the shake was delicious 😋
