Delicious! Great smash burger
Dining room was really clean; Service was great; Employee Torrick was super friendly; Food was delicious; likely the best Shake Experience we've had!
My first time coming here and the customer service was phenomenal! Me and my friend ordered a drink and played connect 4 for a while and Jeff came and dropped off our drink with a smile and was very kind :) he offered to fill our drink at a timely manner as well as played connect 4 with us! It was so fun. Thank you Jeff for making our first experience at Shake Shack so fun. Due to this positive experience, it makes me want to come back again and try their food. Shake Shack Baybrook offers a high-quality drive-thru burger experience with superior taste. The shakes are particularly amazing. The reasonably priced menu and good service make it worth a try. Customers appreciate the warm and inviting environment, and the option to dine-in or take their food to go. The Portobello mushroom burger is a standout menu item, particularly for vegetarian diners. Overall, Shake Shack Baybrook provides an elevated fast food experience, with a focus on quality ingredients and customer satisfaction.
The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a great dining experience. The food is delicious and comes out quickly. Customers have praised the French onion burger, though some have suggested less sauce to avoid a soggy texture. The shakes are a highlight, though some have noted the straws could be larger to accommodate the thick consistency. Overall, Shake Shack Baybrook is a welcome addition to the area, providing a high-quality and satisfying fast food option.
