Dairy Land is a place to go if and when you are feeling nostalgic, when a fancy burger joint just won't do. I can picture it on triple D one day if Fiore still visited dives. That is a compliment. The food is not the standout here, the small town ambiance is. Kind of friendly workers serve kind of good burgers at really good prices should make this place rate 3 stars. I have lived in Alvin, this time, 10 yrs. I have been to Dairy Land 3 times. The first time was great (2013) Then the second time (2016) It was ok, but the tortilla burger was not the same. Quite difficult to eat and just too hard and dry. Now (2023) I just got a regular cheeseburger and fries. It took so dang long. I was (2nd) in line so I didn't expect 40 minutes. I always "love the taste of hamburgers" from the 1950's'!. I have experienced that at Dairyland.
