“Fue una esperienza religiosa! We were going to QT for gas, but it was closed. We went to the Racetrack instead, and tacos called to me. I was in love at first bite….grabbed a handful of napkins in case I drooled too much. I stole the grilled jalapeño from my guy, and went to Glory mid-taco. Sooo good! Thank you, Lindale.”

“This is a very nice brand new McDonald's. right across the street from Home Depot in Alvin. It only has one counter order taker, but yet there are a lot of self order kiosks and a double drive thru with 3 drive-thru windows.”

“Gordon Street has very good food, it’s surprisingly good and cheap. We live in Downtown Houston where everything is super expensive and usually not great. Gordon streets food is always better and always 1/2 the price. When we want to unwind and sit in the peace and quiet this is one of our favorites.”

Also I love supporting local businesses and not big chains owned by people with no soul like Starbucks etc. Great coffee and a nice relaxing atmosphere. “Enjoying a Mother's Day lunch with Mom. Had the Pollo Laredo which was the featured Mother's Day lunch special. Was not disappointed with a plus order of Flan that came with the special. We also enjoyed the Pollo Mexicana. The Red salsa is served warm and has a good flavor. The Green salsa is served cold but is very delicious. Overall a VERY GOOD meal. The price per serving is very reasonable with ample leftovers. This is my second visit here and will definitely make it a regular stop when in Alvin Texas.”

I just so happened to move to League City and pass the Blue Bell distribution branch here in Alvin, TX. I called them, and everyone was super nice. I told them what happened, and without hesitation, they told me to come to their location and took care of me. Thank you, Blue Bell!”

“EVERYTHING is fantastic here! My parents were married in 1963 in Freeport. They honeymooned in Galveston. They drove through Alvin and stopped at Dairyland on the way. Since they were teenagers they drank Cherry Dr Pepper and they said Dairyland has 1 of the best! We moved to Alvin in 1977. I have been going to Dairyland and eating and hanging out for the last 45 yrs!! I have had everything on the menu and it’s all good! There is not a teenager from Alvin that hasn’t eaten and hung out here since 1960!!”

“This pizza is the BEST PIZZA I have had in a LONG TIME!! Way better than ANY of the other places to get pizza here in Alvin. We’ve lived here for a couple of years now and my biggest regret is not trying this place sooner! I honestly thought I didn’t like pizza anymore... Turns out I LOVE PIZZA I just didn’t like the trash pizza I’ve been eating lately. I want to go back and try other things on their menu! I’m so happy we finally tried this place 😊 we also met the owner who was really friendly and nice to us. Overall great experience and I highly recommend!”
