“So I had a horrible experience the night before at this location and to make matters worse, we had two transactions and did not get a receipt for either one. When we got home and realized both orders were completely incorrect, we called to the location multiple times in the same night, and there was no answer until today in the afternoon and that’s when an employee told us to call before we came today and they would take care of everything no problem, so we called this evening before we were coming up here so they would know, and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and nobody answered. We came back the tonight and there’s no manager on duty even though we spoke to a manager earlier in the day and they told us to come back and they would take care of it. An employee named Macy completely took care of everything and handled her customers as they should be…we were not given receipts for either transaction and no manager on duty to handle this situation, but she completely made sure to satisfy her customer, even though it wasn’t her customer from the night before that was highly unsatisfied…. this is how customer service works. Every employee, manager and crew-member needs to take note from this lady right here at this location. She deserves employee of the month and probably needs to be promoted to manager and definitely a raise and y’all should probably thank her because I’m sure she probably corrects lots of mistakes and keeps customers coming back because she does what she supposed to do by satisfying the customer when they’ve been unsatisfied previously, and she corrects other workers mistakes with a smile on her face and a positive attitude!“
“There's an older lady that works night shift in drive through. I can't remember her name but she is ALWAYS so friendly and up beat. She's funny and always welcoming. Makes EVERY experience a great one. The only reason I go to Jack in the box to be honest.“
