“My wife and I are in the middle of a move to a new apartment so we are having to live off more fast food than usual. Last night I was feeling like some JIB egg rolls and so was she, so we hit up this location at about 8:45PM. The young woman working the drive thru was so lovely and personable, and the women inside making the food nailed the egg rolls. They were perfectly prepared! People can take this type of food prep for granted, but frying up the egg rolls just right is a true art. I decided to go back this morning for breakfast platters and the young woman working the drive thru this time around was also incredibly sweet. Kudos again to the folks working inside for the breakfast platters that were on the mark. I hope JIB corporate gives the teams working on 6/20 night shift and 6/21 morning shift some recognition because they are doing exceptional work. Fast food service can be subpar sometimes, and these workers can also be caught in very thankless jobs which makes it hard to shine, but all the folks working at this JIB at those times deserve high praise! We appreciate y’all making our lives a little easier and filled with a little more light because of the friendly smiles that came with the service. We will definitely be back!“
“I Was Feeling Nostalgic And Asked Rafael R. If I Could Customize My Order And He Said SURE! I Wanted A Bacon Cheeseburger With Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, And Mayo Only. I Added A Small Fry, A Large Chocolate Shake, And A Large Water. Wow! Wow! Wow! Everything Was Perfect! Each Bite Had Crunch From The Lettuce And Onions And The Burger, Mayo, Tomato And Bun Were Heaven In Each Bite! I Am So Happy, Which Is Great, Because I Am Headed To The Laundromat And I Wasn't Happy About That. But Now It's A-Ok! Because Jack And Rafael R. Totally Took Excellent Care Of Me!!!!!“
