Jack in the Box in Pasadena

“I've been in a lot of fast food restaurants over the years, and this one by far is one of the cleanest I have ever been in. They seemed to have their act together from the parking lot to the bathroom. And everywhere in between. The food was better than most Jack in the Box locations as well. My compliments to the manager and the staff.“

“It was late night, so only drive through was available. The wait was not very long.
Super friendly staff, they're positive attitude made me want to come back to this particular Jack in the box even though it's out of the way from where I live.“

“Still great, but one issue; I ordered large curly fries instead of hash brown my breakfast, got the hash brown in my bag, went into replace with curly fries that I actually ordered. The customer service representative at the front acted annoyed as if I had done something wrong, and before I left she snatched the hash brown out of the bag and I jokingly stated that that should be a freebie for getting the order wrong. She rolled her eyes and said you want it? No, I did not want it, but don't piss your customers off over a $0.10 hash brown. Your focus should be on customer service.“

“Jack in the Box came through like a greasy little guardian angel at 1 a.m. Hot food, fast service, no attitude. The tacos were perfectly messy in the best way, the fries were fresh, and whoever was working that window deserves a raise. When the world is chaotic, Jack is steady. Respect.“

“This was a last minute snack, drive looked busy so we did carry out.
The staff was friendly but took longer than I thought it should have.
When we got home....the food was actually very good. My daughter said it's the best Burger she's had in a long time“
