“The food was good but the app doesn't work for this location. I was in the store using the app for mobile order, waited over 20 mins for the order to be placed( yes my location was on) and the order was never received. I've showed the worker I placed a mobile order n it never pop up on there screen for me to receive my order. Not blaming the employees it was the app that didn't work for that location even while I was in the store making a mobile order“

“They opened the inside restaurant at 6 am as posted. The young man who waited on me was friendly and respectful. Took a few minutes for the food to come out but I don't mind waiting for fresh food. Food was good and the dining room was clean“

“In all my 40ish years this is my first time ever going to a fast food place that get it right Everytime. The employees are always nice. I believe it may be the owners (husband and wife). The food is always hot and freshly made. Honestly, I've gotten fresher food here more than Chick-fil-A. Hands down the best Jack in the Box I've been to and I've been to one in 4 other states. “Dinning area close and had Hubby had to go threw drive Tru. Order 2 Regular Breakfast Jack for me due to i am sick at home. Hubby drop them off and had to go run some errands. I then look in the bag they were very old corssaint with bacon. I was unable to eat half of one only. It cost him 11 dollars for both and they were not no combo at all. I got rip off. “Well with me not being much a morning person. I was getting annoyed of explaining what i wanted too the first casher.
Mrs. DAYANA saw me getting agervated and took over taking my order. I dont know if she is a manager or not but i can tell she can be good at being a manager she was very explaining didnt mind answering questions. She knows how too change her langauge for spanish too english really good.

“The times we have gone the food has been great, the service is great as well , the guy at the drive thru window at night has great customer service skills, I didnt get his name but keep up the good work! There is one complaint, why do i have to pay 25 cents for a buttermilk ranch at the restaurant but when I order from the application it's free? One suggestion to management dont let people not in the drive through line pester your customers it doesn't create a safe environment to both staff and valued customers.“

“Made-to-order food is becoming quite rare in the fast food industry lately, but I have not been disappointed with this location. There was one time I was missing some items from my mobile order in the evening, but it was a quick and effortless fix from the lad running the drive-thru. Other than that, it is pretty top-tier Jack in the Box compared to the surrounding ones in the area.“

“This jack in the box branch has the best Fries and tacos ever! Ordered food through the drive through because I was in a hurry and needed a quick meal. Please listen to the customer a little better. A request for one sauce packet literally means one sauce packet, not nine sauce packets. Please give receipts when getting cash orders, because it's bothersome to have to return for it. I should not have to pull up to the front of the store if no one is behind me. Your drive thru timer is your problem not mine. And for JIB corporate, this breakfast isn't worth nine dollars. Bring back breakfast deals. Give us back rewards on PC instead of just mobile app.“

With receiving poor customer service at the Scarsdale location and the one on Sabo rd - Treyvion really turned my night into a positive one . “Overall great experience. From early morning to the afternoon and evenings, the staff is friendly and fast. Always hot and fresh orders, and if you like your tacos with a generous amount of lettuce come in the afternoon after 3pm because whoever is cooking then makes the tacos great. Only downfall is the parking lot has some rough spots and some unevenness, and the curb by the drive thru window protrudes out further than expected so be mindful of those concerns.“

“I work 2 blocks away from this location and man I love it. I know it is fast food but this place tacos, fries (onion rings, curly & french), and stuffed jalapeños are perfectly crunchy on point. Regardless food contains grease but this one here somehow you can not see the grease like other locations give them to you. The ladies there are very nice.and kind. Haven't had any issues with my food in the past 6 years! I go by between the hours of 9am to 5pm!“
