“Just know this is the only Jack in the Box I’ll be going to in Houston from now on. I stopped by last night, and Jose truly went above and beyond to take care of me. From the moment I pulled up, he had a great attitude, was patient, and made sure my order was exactly right. The food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you get service that makes you feel genuinely appreciated, but Jose did just that. This location has definitely earned a loyal customer; highly recommend!

“I was in a hurry with only 30 minutes left on my lunch, so I decided to stop, the line had 4 vehicles, and in my mind I was already making excuses because I believe I was going to be late but to my surprise the line started moving faster than what I tought and next thing I knew I was picking up my order on the window, it only took 8 minutes to get out with my order that's some great service. “Clean and fresh as I opened the door at 8 a.m. everything was being mopped and I was greeted with a friendly good morning! The service was fast and friendly and my breakfast crossaint was made to order. This location is always busy and does tons of volume. They deserve a fresh remodel. Where this location is there are a large volume of private drivers that use this area for the cell phone lot to the airport and because of that they eat most of there meals here keeping business regular. Also families use this lot as a convenient option for pickup and drop-off for the airport. Utilizing the drive thru for a quick meal and lots of cold drinks. A remodel is overdue and well deserved in this location.“

“This Jack is the only one that can consistently make great Iced Coffee. They have been doing so for many years and I must applaud only this location as I have been to many Jacks in Houston and surrounding and the only other one that does coffee right is on 59 and airport in Stafford. Bravo to the team at this location and in Stafford. Keep up the good work!“
“Well with me not being much a morning person. I was getting annoyed of explaining what i wanted too the first casher.
Mrs. DAYANA saw me getting agervated and took over taking my order. I dont know if she is a manager or not but i can tell she can be good at being a manager she was very explaining didnt mind answering questions. She knows how too change her langauge for spanish too english really good.

“#13 chicken club was good! First time experience. Fries i didnt care for at first bite, but then realized I was eating them all. Food was super hot and fresh! Actually ripe tomato on the sandwich. “Dinning area close and had Hubby had to go threw drive Tru. Order 2 Regular Breakfast Jack for me due to i am sick at home. Hubby drop them off and had to go run some errands. I then look in the bag they were very old corssaint with bacon. I was unable to eat half of one only. It cost him 11 dollars for both and they were not no combo at all. I got rip off. Never no more.“

“They always have good food available but sometimes dine in is closed so I recommend checking then going to drive thu I do recommend going in the morning though as it is most fresh and download their app you can scan the barcode on your receipt for free food“
“Jack in the Box offers delicious breakfast that have fresh crescents. SOURDOUGH JACK is sure winner every time. Drive through service and in store service or exceeds expectations. “I came at 2:40am to ask about the Jack cups and to order mini tacos . With receiving poor customer service at the Scarsdale location and the one on Sabo rd - Treyvion really turned my night into a positive one . Asking me how my night was going to recommending the creamy avacado lime sauce for my mini tacos which was delicious! My food was fresh as well , god bless the staff working tonight . May Treys pillow always stay cold, lobster and steaks stay buttery and that a big raise comes his way soon !! Definitely will be coming here instead of my closer locations .“

Fast food can be such a hit-or-miss these days, but Jarvis completely nailed it. I didn't have to repeat my order even once over the drive-thru intercom—he got it perfectly right the very first time. Beyond being highly efficient, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful.
It is rare to see this level of great customer service at a drive-thru/counter, and Jarvis really stood out. Management, please give this man some well-deserved recognition!“
“Ok, I never thought that I would ever review a taco place but most of my life's working career I was on the road doing my work, especially when I was a licensed private investigator and running the roads here in Houston.
I found that a few Jack in the Box tacos and a coke was the easiest and fir me, it was a fast, eat on the run satisfying meal. Of course, my wife disagreed. And yes, my doctor has also made comments about my sometimes poor healh choices. But...... I'ma still be a customer, at 78 years old I have to consider the tradition of the Jack in the Box chain. I'm sure that my doctor would agree with me. I can't even remember the first time I had a burger, coke snd fries at Jack in the Box

“We live in the Med Center and this is the closest JITB to us. We’ve never had an issue with our food or the service - which is more than I can say about surrounding fast food restaurants. It doesn’t matter the time or day, the employees are kind and you don’t get attitude for simply order food. Anytime we have a late night fast food craving, JITB on Spanish Trail is our place!“

“This location has made an incredible comeback! Back around 2018 we stopped to eat here and the pace was a wreck. Today, the place doesn't even look like the same restaurant. “The morning staff at this place was really upbeat. The place is clean. The food was good. It's probably one of the smallest interiors I've seen. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food. It's reasonably priced and they serve breakfast lunch and dinner all day and all night. 7:24am want a hamburger, get a hamburger and a breakfast sandwich as well. they're cool like that“

“I'm generally pleased with Jack in the Box for a fast food meal. I order off the value menu most of the time and enjoy the 2 Jumbo Jacks for the price of one when I have a survey coupon. The breakfast croissant sandwich is also good.
I like their buns because they aren't doughy.
The tacos need help sometimes but when they are made right they are terrific!
I think the value menu definitely provides great value for the price. My daughter loves their chicken strips, however, which I think are a little pricey but they've always been hot.
We rarely eat in so I can't rate the atmosphere fairly but I've found some to be nice & clean while others are obviously older and more for geared to drive through dining.“

“This Jack in the Box tend to get orders wrong or they forget to add/listen to what else you want for your order. The regular fries are meh, but the curly fries are actually really good.
The Jacks spicy chicken used to be my go to burger from them but they added some kind of sauce that ruins the flavor. But they do have a really good burger with the Home style bacon ranch chicken burger. And it seems that this location has improved the food somewhat.“

“I was really impressed with the level of service we received here. We had our family of 6. There wasn’t much of a line and they took our order right away at lunch time. Our order was fulfilled within minutes and the prices weren’t bad for an airport restaurant (I usually try not to eat in the airport because it’s so pricey). Our order of 6 combos was $66 after tax.
