“I know this is a chain and they should all be the same but this location is the best location in the area. Food is always hot, fresh and good. The service is quick, the dining room and restaurant is extremely clean and the restrooms are nice and very clean.“

“I went through the drive-thru I ordered my food I got my food hot I got my drink cold with ice very helpful very friendly lady at the drive-thru window. Today 12/15 after being in the car all day I was really looking forward to getting out of the car to eat in the restaurant and use the restroom. However when I got there UPS decided to park in the cross section of the handicap parking spaces, the width of his vehicle prevented me from being able to access the spaces. He was there to eat. This is uncalled for since it would prevent me or anyone else with a handicap from entering the restaurant. Next time this happens I will park in front of his truck and enter the restaurant and eat and take my time until the police arrive and ticket him. The 3 pictures of of his parking negligence. Seeing he only concerned about his self. The last picture is where he was and there were a car parked in the other spots besides the handicap parking spots, the space he was parked in would prevent someone in a wheelchair from getting out.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spaces are available when someone doesn't park in the crosshatch space. I would restrip the spaces and enforce the parking lot. That's a hefty fine.“

I go to this Jack in the Box location at least once a week in the mornings, and I felt like I needed to leave a review because of one employee in particular who works the drive-thru. He is by far one of the kindest employees I’ve encountered anywhere. He’s always on top of everything and consistently goes above and beyond.
One thing I really appreciate is that whenever I order coffee, he automatically puts the sugar and creamer in a separate little bag and hands it to me with my coffee. It sounds small, but it saves me from digging through my food bag while I’m driving, and it shows how thoughtful he is.
I’ve been coming here regularly for at least 3 months, and every single time he’s there, he has the same positive attitude, professionalism, and respectfulness. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing his job well, which feels rare these days in fast food.
I just wanted to recognize him because great employees deserve to be acknowledged, and he’s a big reason I keep coming back to this location.“
