Great food and great customer service I love this place
Very friendly staff and fast service
The employee that took my order seemed to be in a rush. When i pulled up to the window to pay she asked if it wanted a sprite or curry fry when i specifically ordered both. She proceeded to give me a small French fry and when i corrected her she proceeded to give me a small curly fry. Mind you, my order was simply a small sprite and large curly fry. I can understand one mistake, they’re human, but having to constantly repeat my simple order got really frustrating

Jack In The Box is a restaurant that offers a variety of food options, including egg rolls, Curros, and chicken nuggets. The drive-thru service can be slow at times, with some customers experiencing long waits, but the staff members are generally friendly and willing to assist. Customers have noted that orders are sometimes mixed up, such as receiving chicken nuggets instead of Curros. The restaurant's wheelchair accessibility is a concern, as handicap parking spaces can be blocked by other vehicles, making it difficult for some guests to access the restaurant easily. Food quality varies; some orders arrive hot and fresh, while others may be cold and soggy. Despite these issues, the location has staff who provide excellent service, especially during late-night hours, with some employees being described as very charismatic and kind. Many customers visit frequently and appreciate the friendly staff, good food, and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, Jack In The Box remains a convenient place for quick eats, but attention to order accuracy, wait times, and accessibility could improve the experience.
