“The cook was so on point tonight. We had 2 munchies deal combos with Texas jumbo jacks, and they were the best fast food burgers we had in a long time. The presentation looked like a commercial, everything fresh and portioned and constructed perfectly. The cashier up front was friendly and helpful, already anticipating my pickup order, and had everything bagged up perfect as soon as it was ready.“
“The manager (Man in Red) was really friendly. I have had bad experiences with Jack in The Box before but the fact that he took time out of his busy schedule to answer the phone and still make me smile when I got there is very appreciated. I was able to get something for my mother and my sister that all three of us can treasure. Thank you so much. 💓 It's kind people like this that the world needs now a days. “They have wonderful customer service here. I usually hate the customer service at jack in the box other locations. They usually don’t care and rush you out of the drive through. Yet this particular location has young kids and they are super sweet and patient. They give you all of your food. It’s always fresh!“
“It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Jack that served me hot of the grease food. I mean my entire meal was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. So the group of ladies that were working 04/29/2026 from 3pm to 4pm are doing an amazing job.“
