“Edited: I ordered 2 more orders of egg rolls tonight to watch my football game. That's 6 egg rolls with ZERO SAUCE!!! The order receipt clearly shows I ordered sauce so now I get dry egg rolls with no sauce. Tried calling the number here and the number on the receipt, no answer on either. I'm not happy.
These egg rolls are the absolute best!!! Please don't get rid of this delicious crunchy delight!!“
“The manager (Man in Red) was really friendly. I have had bad experiences with Jack in The Box before but the fact that he took time out of his busy schedule to answer the phone and still make me smile when I got there is very appreciated. I was able to get something for my mother and my sister that all three of us can treasure. Thank you so much. 💓 It's kind people like this that the world needs now a days. Even if it's a little farther then any other jack near my house I will always drive to this one just because of this Man.“
“They have wonderful customer service here. I usually hate the customer service at jack in the box other locations. They usually don’t care and rush you out of the drive through. Yet this particular location has young kids and they are super sweet and patient. They give you all of your food. It’s always fresh!“
“We have been going to this JNB for almost 30 years and while its had its ups and downs in the form of many bad employees, orders completely wrong and items forgotten -- It has really been better the last year or two. Finally I don't feel the need to pull over and check my order before leaving the parking-lot. Food last night was great and the person at the window was really nice.“
