“Absolutely another excellent customer service and Hot food and Drinks were delicious. Ordered through their mobile app. I am so pleased and happy to order from Jack in the Box. They have been so great. We loved their food and beverages here. Quality of food is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and Customer Service from the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and the price is great. Definitely coming back again. “The cook was so on point tonight. We had 2 munchies deal combos with Texas jumbo jacks, and they were the best fast food burgers we had in a long time. The presentation looked like a commercial, everything fresh and portioned and constructed perfectly. The cashier up front was friendly and helpful, already anticipating my pickup order, and had everything bagged up perfect as soon as it was ready.“
“Pedro is always so sweet, and his whole team is absolutely amazing. Please be patient with them. They always are short staffed because it’s hard to keep a good team but it’s totally worth it. I come here all the time right after work always clean and everything is always fresh just takes a little bit of time when you only have a staff of three so please Jack in the Box please give these people more hours so they can hire more staff. “Gio went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct since I was having issues with the mobile app. He immediately resolved the issue at hand once I told him about it and even though I was frustrated at first, I left feeling good. Great service if I could give him 10 stars I would. He needs a promotion to management“
“They have wonderful customer service here. I usually hate the customer service at jack in the box other locations. They usually don’t care and rush you out of the drive through. Yet this particular location has young kids and they are super sweet and patient. They give you all of your food. It’s always fresh!“
“It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a Jack that served me hot of the grease food. I mean my entire meal was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. So the group of ladies that were working 04/29/2026 from 3pm to 4pm are doing an amazing job.“
