“My wife's friends recommended the Himalayan Food Truck, and I am glad they did. The menu is small but limited, offering popular Nepali favorites like momo, samosa, and chowmin. This was my first time trying vegetarian Nepali cuisine - I usually indulge in vegetarian Indian dishes - and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty everything was.

My family ordered both the steamed momo and the fried momo, each served with a spicy sauce. A word of caution: the sauce is spicier than spicy, so use it carefully. We also enjoyed the tea - which was a bit too sweet for me, but it paired nicely with the food.

The setup is simple: a food truck parked in a gas station lot with four outdoor tables and benches. Despite the modest setting, the experience felt welcoming. The young lady taking orders was extremely pleasant. She was juggling order-taking, payments, food prep, and table delivery - all with a gracious smile. She even brought bottled water to our table without us asking. It is clear she runs the operation with efficiency, warmth, and pride.

“Had their BOGO today (spicy) with Sprite (no ice). I attempted to go inside, but the line was long-ish and I didn't see any available tables. Drive thru didn't look so bad, so we attempted it, although considering just bypassing. It smelled REALLY appetizing. We found a shaded spot on the way home and enjoyed the TENDER, JUICY fingers, the plump, salted-just-right fries, and the unbelievable but well-executed thought of a piece of toast!! So, seriously, can someone come pick me up and take me home? Imma take a nap! 💤“

“I passed by this place every time I went to HEB and decided to finally give this place a try tonight. I had never had arepas before, so the servers kindly helped me pick out a menu. We ended up having their fried cheese sticks, arepa with hand-made cheese, and grilled beef (I think). The arepas were kinda hard to eat with hands, but I liked it a lot! “Today me and my family were really hungry. We wanted something cooked fresh but fast because we had errands to run. I had my reservations in regards to MOD pizza because in the past, the pizza seemed overcooked, dry and the crust was burnt and the ingredients were not evenly distributed so I was not exactly the most happiest about the Morton Ranch location. Despite my apprehension we went to MOD pizza Morton Ranch and from the front counter where we placed our order the young lady there was awesome patient because we did have kids with us that were very picky eaters. She patiently took their orders. Made sure that the pizza looked the way they wanted it to look and then passed it to the lady that was putting the pizza’s in the oven. When our pizzas were ready, I can tell you that everything was fresh hot and not burnt. It was perfect. I thanked Jessica because she was the one turning the pizzas in the oven. She did a phenomenal job, her customer service was awesome because I even added another ingredient right before she put it in the oven and she gave me no pushback. She made sure that I had exactly what I wanted on my pizza and thanks to her I will be coming back again.“
