You go in, place your order on the kiosk, take a table number, have a seat and then they will bring your food. “The Kiosk is incredibly annoying. Counter personnel literally can't take your order but will come over to fill in the order for you.

Taco Bell has driven me to Burger King many times because of Kiosk ordering.

Stupidity reigns within Taco Bell management and it absolutely irritates customers like me so I suggest to my friends that they would be better served and served better if they go almost anywhere else.

Sadly, I really enjoy the food there every now and then but the Kiosk typically makes me go elsewhere. I expect you feel exactly the same.“
