“A guy named Reggie had taken my order, after driving to the window to grab the breakfast burrito/wrap that I ordered. He also provided information on the variety of salads and expressed how great the food was, his personal favorite, and as well as the process in which the food is prepared. Reggie showed the passion, knowledge, and professionalism on today that is sometimes forgotten in this industry and provided excellent customer service with ease. Although this wasn’t my first time ordering from Salad & Go the information was given to me as if it was my first time.I do have one small complaint or criticism that has nothing to do with Reggie. My wrap wasn’t hot, and the size of the wrap was small. I purchased the same wrap in Sugar Land at another location and I had to hold it with two hands. So I’m unsure of the quantity amount the wrap is supposed to have and I need consistency, in order to keep returning. I would hate to pass up the location that’s closest to go the one that’s farthest away just to get my moneys worth. Other than that I will try my closest location once more.“

“This sandwich shop is the best sub-sandwich hands down. My favorite Jersey Mike's is on 4818 Waterview Town Center Drive, suite 300, Richmond, TX 77407. Not only are the sandwiches the bomb diggedy, but the manager and employees are awesome. My personal favorite is the number 13 the Original Italian with Rosemary and cheddar bread and a Mountain Dew from their soda fountain. Oh yeah you can't forget adding Mrs Vicki's BBQ baked chips to round of your lunch.“
“First off, the employees are the super polite and appreciative of your business. That’s nice.We had two kids with us and they each got chicken strips, obviously. I tried the fries and they were great. They are the chicken and that’s a good thing with these picky kids but maybe it had to do with the fact that we were really there for dessert if they ate it all.Dessert was awesome. “First time here. They were great. She let me know they were out of Tzatziki Sauce, but she offered an alternative and even let me try a sample before I decided. I opted for the creamy sauce. Very good and flavorful. The gyro sandwich was so delicious & seasoned perfectly. The pita was toasted to perfection and the rice was great also. I can’t wait to go back. I think I’ve finally found a gyro place in the Houston area that lives up to the gyros in my home town.“
“I will never be happy with a restaurant where you cannot order to a person. I do not want to have to figure out your computer to place my order. I want to tell you what I want, pay, eat. Simple. No one would even help. They just said use the "thing". I asked if I could place my order with them. Nope I have to use the "thing". Whatever. Not going back. Customer service sucks.“
“Great meal at Canes! Chicken was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. Service was prompt and courteous and the restaurant was clean. The only downside was it was $23 today vs $16 three years ago. But don’t blame Todd Graves for that.“
“If your looking for a place that is work your money definitely come here!!!!!, the service is amazing and it's family owned. I had the best chicken burger ever here and I can't wait to try their wings next time I come. It takes a little time to get ready cause they make everything fresh but trust those 10 minutes or less is worth it 100%. Best place ever!!“
