“If I could give Cup N Char 10 stars I would. First time coming in to dine in with my family. The atmosphere is clean, the music volume is just right, and the temperature is pleasantly comfortable to enjoy the delicious food Cup N Char offers. We ordered hot honey wings, lemon pepper wings, and pizza half pep half The Honey Crème. The wings were fried hard just like we like it. The pizza dough was out of this world. Fluffy and crisp. Will definitely be back!! The customer service sealed the deal. ❤️“

When Sam is around, he always come out and engage us and ask about Earl and Earving. He remembers them from our first visit when they were in middle school. A lot of new business’s have opened up around this restaurant and they just continue to elevate their quality of food and service! The restaurant consistently has to go order’s which is a good sign that customers trust the food to be prepared right the first time!“

“Not only is the pizza delicious, but their customer service is amazing. Our second time to order was during a holiday weekend and somehow our order got deleted. Not only did they comp our order, they also gave us several vouches for future orders. Then last night we placed an online order. The pizza showed up 10 min early and the delivery guy had a free large pizza for us. Everything was piping hot and delicious as always. Later the manager called to apologize if our order was late or not as fresh as usual because they had 45 deliveries within one hour. I don't know any other pizza company that provides that level of customer service.“

The bad reviews on here don’t make sense. We will definitely add this place to our list of good eateries close to us. The staff were also really nice and welcoming.
